This hotel is now known under the name golden time hostel. It is very new, with comfortable and nicely furnished rooms, very friendly and helpful staff and a perfect location close to the major sights of hanoi. High standards for a good price.

some times one looks at modest budget. central location including nearby food outlets. cleanliness is also of prime importance and service. I have experienced all above while staying during last month there.

We were sent here by another hotel that had double booked us and were told it was more expensive and better quality which wasn't the case. This small Hotel is located very near the lake, which is the hub of the Old Quarter. The very friendly, English speaking staff are wonderful. Helpful in letting us know the best places to eat, what to pay for taxi and what local bus to catch. Only complaint was the breakfast.
