I really love the cozy atmosphere at Thien An hotel. The owner is very nice and friendly. He gave us many suggestions and advices for our tours in Dalat. We have breakfast and talked a lot about Dalat. The breakfast was so good. He also offer free bikes and scooter for rents. Nearby there are many eating places. Feel free... More

I was there for 3 nights and enjoyed my stay there. The rooms are clean and neat. Run by a couple and the man is helpful in directing us to places we want to go on the map. It was easy communicating with him. The service is superb and made us felt very welcome. The breakfast is really good! I... More

Even before we reached Dalat, the hotel had helped us sort out a free shuttle bus from the depot to the hotel, which was incredibly handy as we arrived in Dalat at night after an 10hr bus trip from HCM City. The service didn't stop there, as the owner, Mr. Le also gave us a super detailed map of the... More

We had an excellent stay at this hotel in May for 2 nights. The owner was very helpful in pointing out nice places to eat and even helped us book a bus ride to Nha Trang after our other bus had problems. There are even free bicycles to rent to explore Dalat. They even had breakfast early for us since... More

Had a fabulous couple of nights at this well managed and cared for hotel. The staff were very friendly especially the wonderful owner who after a mix up with us missing our flight to Dalat was till very welcoming when we finally arrived. The rooms were spacious and very quiet and were cleaned immaculately every day. Would thoroughly recommend,

The room is specious and clean. It is about a 15 minutes walk to the city centre. There is a very nice restaurant with local dishes just 3 minutes away. The owner of the hotel can give you the name of it. The owner is a very nice and professional man and they do the best breakfast buffet I saw... More

stayed in a quad room (2 double beds). the boss is a very patient and friendly man. we wanted to borrow some of his bicycles to explore the town. his young staff struggled to take out 4 bikes for us, and although in the end we did not even use any (the bikes were too big for us), he did... More

Although a little out of the way it is still easy to get around either with a bicycle or motor bike at $6 per day a bargain. I think this is the best way to explore Vietnam. The staff are very friendly and when they found out it was my birthday they went out and purchased the most tasteful little... More

We recently spent two nights at Thien An and enjoyed our stay.
