Very nice hotel and staffs. A pleasurable stay with nice accommodations, great buffet breakfast and warm welcome staffs. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The owner has just opened a new hotel next to this hotel, which call Dai Loi 2. This is very nice looking hotel which state-of-the-art accommodations but iwith reasonable prices.

My room was very nice and opened. It was extremely clean and up to my standards. . The hotel also accommodates you with a very delicious breakfast, and free WiFi. Staff were helpful, and the owner always assured and made sure I was taken care of, if I ever get to visit Vietnam again I will definitely be stay here again!

Super friendly and helpful staff. We had issues with the airport in Hanoi and desk staff went out of their way to call several times to airport in both Hanoi and Dalat to make sure I received my lost suitcase. Breakfast was fantastic with made to order eggs, fruit, yogurt and a buffet of other Vietnamese food. Staff at breakfast... More

There was not much to complain about at this hotel. The location is fine - under 5 minutes walk from the lake and less than 10 to the market. On arrival I had the choice of two big clean rooms, one with a balcony. Large comfortable double bed and a big bathroom. If you like cooked breakfasts then most things... More

This hotel feels former French colonial, with big heavy wooden furniture. We walked in off the street, and were offered a discount rate, but I wish they quoted prices in Đồng, not US$, since it's not possible to pay in $ (actually, I found out it's illegal to either solicit or accept payment in anything other than Đông - which is... For the people who only read the first paragraph I'll say that if this hotel is within your budget then book it with confidence, if not, then stretch your budget.  The hotel is about 10 minutes, maybe a little more, from the lake. Returning is uphill but I found it very do-able and I'm 60 years old. There are moped... More

The staff at this hotel are very efficient, friendly and helpful. I emailed some queries before arriving and had a prompt response each time. The building is not in the very centre of Dalat, but a 20 minute up hill walk from the market. It is near the well reputed V restaurant and various places to have massage after a... More

Definitely one of the best hotels we stayed in while travelling in Asia! 3 star with a 5 star service. The staff really makes sure it is a home away from home. The owner is a very pleasant woman. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They have good tours and can help with the booking of local bustickets (which are... More

Ly Na, the young woman at the desk, provided exemplary service. I left my shoulder purse in the breakfast room which had my iPod. This I discovered at the airport. I emailed Ly Na and within minutes she emailed back that she found it. Then she forwarded it to the bus station in Saigon. Within days I had it back.... More

I stayed here for 5 nights and was very happy with it. The staff, from reception, to dining room, to the guy outside, were consistently warm, friendly, kind and helpful. The room was a generous size, nicely furnished and high ceilings. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great. I went on a tour to the countryside organised by the hotel.... More
