A hard place to review as I have very mixed feelings. As an experience for one night, and for the pure "what on earth am I doing here" factor this place is fantastic. But one night was enough. We stayed in the Honeymoon Room, though why it is called that I have no idea as it was certainly not romantic... More

Rooms are not cheap, nor are they user-friendly due to its bizarre design, I scratched my arm climbing up and down its tree-trunk stairs in its "honey moon room". The best thing staying there is avoiding visiting crowds in daytime. Have a nice beer in the jungle-like front garden at night, and very good photo moments at dawn as if... More

It is interesting place to visit and to take pictures, but extremely bad as a hotel. The room has unusual view but small, uncomfortable and not clean. The service is awful. The site is a popular tourist attraction, so all little staff is busy to serve big groups of visitors, no time and no intent to serve a few hotel... More

I’ve been to Barcelona and saw some arts from Gaudi, i could see something from his art into this Crazy house. It’s a wild mass of wood and wire fashioned into the shape of a giant tree house and smoothed over in concrete. It sounds simple, but there’s a vision to this chaos….

We stayed in the honeymoon room in the hotel which was pretty cramped for 2 people but quite fun and was good value. I wouldn't say it was overly clean and the bathroom was quite shabby with the shower area having quite a few tiles missing. We slept well though and it was nice to have an open fire. The... More

Yes, this is not the "best" hotel in the world, but you have to stay there (I suggest for just one night), just to experience the surrealism of it! It is definitely not your standard hotel room, but we found it perfectly comfortable (especially the wet room in the bathroom)and you will love taking breakfast outside in the garden -... More

Really cool as a place to visit, but falls short as a hotel. All the little things are problematic (garbage cans won't open properly, sink faucet is loose and wobbly, no bath mat, no screens on windows so mosquitos got in during the day, burnt out light bulb, made us wait for check in with no explanation). The rooms are... More

To begin with, Dalat is one of the most impressive places in Vietnam. After hot sun, warm ocean, lush tropical plants and rice terraces you meet cool weather (don't forget to prepare jackets, boots and pants) and totally european-looking town with narrow streets and beautiful buildings. Crazy house is one of the most famous sites not only in Dalat, but... More

This is not a 5 star hotel! We don't find here a 3star Michelin restaurant or the comfort we can find in many hotels! However, i wouldn't change my stay here for any other hotel. I have been in many amazing hotels, luxury hotels. But this is a unique hotel. The architecture makes us feel in a different place. Rooms... More

Crazy day out for all ages. Very weird and strange, the stairs to the top of the house/hotel are very narrow and steep not suitable for young children or those who are afraid of heights. But once up there, the views are amazing of dalat City and the surrounding mountains. Worth a visit for $2. The staff are also very... More
