The name Crazy House doesn't do the place justice since it is a world class architectural site, a work of art in progress from the imagination of a brilliant Vietnamese woman. To be able to stay here (in the Gourd room, which was fantastic) is a privilege and a treat. We were here for just one night and loved it.... More

There are not many hotels that will make you smile, Crazy House will probably do just that; make you smile. Sure, it might not be the best hotel in the world, but it's affordable, has great friendly young staff and, most importantly, it will make you smile. Pheasant room probably a worthwhile upgrade, I was in termite on ground floor,... More

Crazy house is REALLY CRAZY!!! All buildings are very special, totally different than anything what I have seen before...even more crazy than Disneyland and Gaudi architecture in Barcelona. Not the best place for people suffering vertigo. I do not recommend this place for this who looking for a sleep comfort (better option will be a tour). However if you not... More

Touring the crazy house was, surprisingly, fun. The basic layout was hard to decipher, but much easier to navigate after an explanation from the caped guide (yes, they wore capes). I probably found it fun because it reminded me of 3 very large cubby houses, connected by strangling-vine walkways (some of them 5 storeys high) with guard rails that only... More

So we stayed the night at this "Crazy House" and it was quite the experience. It is nothing what it is like during the day, it is very quit with only the few people who are staying in the rooms around. It was super fun to explore on your own, and after exploring you can go back to your room... More

We stayed 2 nights in the Ant Room, orginally we had the Honeymoon Room but due to our height we found the Ant Room more comfortable. Its beautiful and bizarre but a heap of fun and cheap. Staff were awesome and friendly and went out of their way to help us - we even did their day tour for $27us... More

Easy to get to on foot, around 40 minutes from the market area in Dalat. 40,000 VND entrance fee which is pretty steep considering that a lot of this is still a building site. You do get to walk around all the site (although the rooms are locked, you get to look in through the doors and windows). Rooms look... More

Wonderful, crazy, Daliesque, formless... Worth spending a couple of hours here. It's technically a hotel with utterly unexpected architecture. Not sure I'd want to stay her, but it's unique and rewarding. They are not open on weekends, so please plan your visit. Those afraid of heights, beware...

The crazy house is ok for a rainy day and if you want to kill an hour. I would have appreciated a bit more information upon entry however there was a tour guide there but they were surrounded by huge groups so maybe also provide some written information for people to look at as they go around. I wouldnt recommend... More

Booked one night but decided to stay an extra night. Not because of the hotel but to see more of Dalat. The first room we had was the bear room, a nice size room very clean. We then moved into the Kangaroo room as it was cheaper and found this the better of the 2 ad the layout was much... More
