This is a very nice Hotel, classic style. The breakfast at this hotel is excellent and the service is first class. It is an easy walk into the main town of Dalat. Make sure you don't have room facing the main road, it is very noisy early in the morning no sleep in thats for sure. Do yourself a favour... more

As several reviewers have pointed out, the Novotel is a solid hotel with wooden floors and quaint old cast iron cage style lift; the rooms are relatively small but cosy, and at around $60 per night it is not expensive. I think it was originally built as the servants' quarters for the sister Dalat Palace Hotel over the road, now... more

Stayed here for 2 nights in April in Deluxe room......... clean and neat, but nothing outstanding...... bit far from centre..... had a look at DREAMS and I wish we had stayed there. Staff were not helpful and could take some lessons from the staff at Novotel Nha Trang......... Like I said it was ok.... but wouldnt stay again and was... more

We have stayed at Novotel for two nights in superior 1 queen bed. On the whole the hotel leaves pleasant impressions, it looks very respectable and its location is really nice. But to our minds it has a giant drawback: it doesn't have heating at all. In January our room was icy so we had to sleep in sweaters. Breakfasts... more

We booked and paid for a Standard Room directly through their accor website at 59 US$ including simple buffet breakfast for 2. The room was small but had all standard facilities of a good hotel. My husband said the bed didn’t give him a good sleep. I didn’t have a problem but prefer a firmer and bigger bed. This was... more

We had read the reviews on Trip Advisor and decided to book a Superior room. When we arrived , we had been upgraded to a suite which was just outstanding. The room was on the 4th floor across from the lift which was quite charming and encased in an iron cage.. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff was... more

We stayed 3 nights at the Novotel Dalat. The hotel is well situated within walking distance to the lake and townsite. We booked a deluxe double room and was given an upgrade to a suite. The room was clean but are a little tired. Breakfast is served across the road in the hotels restaurant which is quaint. If we were to... more

The Novotel is a restored hotel from the 1930s. The restoration is OK but has to an extent reduced the atmosphere. However the service is good as is the location. I would suggest that a deluxe room is the one to go for as it is of reasonable size and comfortable. Good bathrooms and wooden floors. No airconditioning but this... more

After staying at fantastic hotels throughout our tour of Vietnam the Novotel was somewhat disappointing and below my expectations. Our room was very small and cramped. Very basic services provided. If you after more stay at the Sofitel across the road with great views and high tea. However if you are after a decent three star accommodation this is fine. more

The Novotel is a good choice for Dalat. Good service, large rooms, free internet and a great massage service. It is a 10 min walk into the city which is fine and it is a good escape from the noise. The jewel is the Sofitel Dalat Palace across the road - stay there if you can afford it. We went... more
