I and my family had stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is well located at the center of the town. Swift and easy to check in with good English speaking staff were my first impression. The room was cozy and breakfast was so great. Fast wifi and music at the lobby make me feel comfortable to enjoy... More

We got a two-doublebed room for a price of standard double which was about the size. It was clean and we haven't had any problems. There is no A/C but it is not necessary in November. It looks like there is only one girl at the reception all the time but she speaks a decent English and is helpful. Yes,... More

I stayed three nights at Green City and really enjoyed my time there. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Really good value too. Only complaint would be occasional noise from the building work next door. But it was during the day and never went on long. The receptionist mentioned it BEFORE... More

The positive aspects of this hotel include the friendly receptionist who helped us organise tours and buses to our next destination. The location was quite good also, we walked everywhere. The negatives....The first thing I noticed about this hotel was the damp smell upon arrival in the foyer but I decided to put it out of my mind and hope... More

The staff is very nice, the rooms are not big. There are not a lot of electricity outlet which made it hard to charge all the electronic devices. It took a lot of time to warm the water so we had to shower with cold water the first day.

We were told about this hotel by some other travelers, when we first saw the prices we expected something shoddy and we were pleasantly surprised. This clean hotel with friendly staff and great food is definitely value for money, well worth a look if you are going to Dalat, One tip, ask for a room with a window as the... More

After reading all the positive reviews on Trip Advisor, I was looking forward to my stay at Dalat Green City Hotel. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations which, admittedly were high from the number of positive reviews I had read. On a positive note, the hotel is affordable and the breakfast is filling, although, I tried the eggs a... More

In the middle of a hectic tour of Cambodia and Vietnam, I needed to really kick back and chill for a couple of days. I went to Dalat in the Central highlands and found this lovely hotel. the Staff were excellent, very attentive and spoke pretty good English, the rooms were clean and quiet and the food was great this... This is one of the worst places I've ever stopped in. There was a funky smell in the reception area when we first arrived, and it just went down hill from there. I'll give the positives first: • cheap • pleasant staff • breakfast The reasons why I would suggest that you 'don't stop there' are as follows: The place... More

Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. I personally do random inspections of the rooms on a regular and unannounced basis with a reporting system. I have never seen a room that matches what you describe in your review. Sorry again you did not get a clean room. Must have been a random error from our cleaning staff. Apologies. More

Great value for what you pay. The free breakfasts are great and filling. The rooms are clean and enough space. Improvements could be made on the faucets in bathroom - definitely should be replaced, add air conditioning (even though Da Lat is cooler, summer months can still get hot), better shower pressure, and cleaner towels. Overall, good location and good... More
