Agree with what some of the reviewers have stated here, the hotel is very dark after 10pm, so if you're arriving late the hotel may be a little hard to find eventhough its huge. The service is tip top, with welcoming staff who are swift to change anything we complain or don't like in the rooms. stayed here for 2... More

We visited Dalat on a multi-city visit to Vietnam, and we selected the Best Western Dalat Plaza Hotel based on the reputation of the Best Western brand and experience of being Best Western Rewards Platinum members. We were hesitant after reading a few negative reviews, but decided to go ahead and give it a try. First, the location is excellent!... More

My family stayed here for 4 nights. The room were ok with 2 double beds for family that have childrens. There were no air-conditioned so we had a hard time trying to get some air into the room. Or else you could call the reception for a electric fan. The hotel is quite near the market and Xuan Huong lake,... More

We stayed at this best western for 3 nights in May. This motel is across from the bridge in Dalat. The motel is nothing extraordinary. The rooms are not air conditioned. The breakfast was quite ordinary. We hired scooters from a lady that the hotel recommended but it was cheaper directly through her. The hotel staff didn't know much about... More

The Dalat Plaza Hotel was part of the Best Western chain, and it did n't disappoint. It is within walking distance of downtown Dalat, right near the lake. Around the corner is the large Roman Catholic cathedral and the old Palace Hotel is near that. The hotel has clean rooms, and the people at the front desk could hardly have... More

We stayed here for 2 nights, and were very disappointed with the rooms. Strong smell of cigarette smoke in all non-smoking floors. Mouldy showers, dingy windows and no a/c. The staff were very helpful however and did try and find us a room that did not smell of smoke.

Like all the hotels I experienced in Vietnam there is free wifi available and staff is very friendly. Here they spoke a quite good English too.... More

After leaving another hotel early due to poor conditions we stayed at the best western Dalat for 1 night. I found the staff to be helpful although their English was limited, my partner left our laptop in the room and housekeeping contacted front reception who called us. Breakfast was mostly asian, however they had fresh juice, egg station, bacon, and... More
