The hotel is situated a short walk up the hill from the main town centre (10 min walk). Clean friendly and quiet ( due to its location). Most of the rooms are at 90 degrees to a main road island and traffic do use their horns quite a lot as in most of the areas in Asia, however noise is... More

We have just stayed here for two nights. The hotel looks really up market from the outside and the foyer and staircase inside the entrance is beautiful. The staff were very welcoming at all times. The room was spacious with all the required amenities including a bath!! Wi Fi was a bit hit and miss however. We ate in the... More

Spend a couple of nights here but it wasn't as expected of a 4* hotel with a high ranking on tripadvisor. Cons: -None of bars we're staffed -All attention of the staff went to the convention guests, we we're ignored -Pool area was used as restaurant, so not available to guests. -No fridge in the room -The entire place was... Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in December 2015. Very nice and surprisingly large bedrooms with a balcony overlooking the front pritico. The wifi reception in the room was very good. The breakfast served in the restaurant was very good with a lot of asian and western variety and eggs were made to order. The restaurant also served very... More

The deluxe room was comfortable, re internet didn't work properly for a few days so we had to call housekeeping to fix it. Also had problems with electricity, one night the socket next to the bed started smoking and then the lamp burst, and a small fire started. It was pretty frightening so we asked to be shifted rooms. But... More

We were relaxing in our room when the lamp on the bedside table started buzzing and dimming. Then a loud BANG followed by a small fire burning my charger and the hotel will only compensate 50% as it was their first fire!

We stayed for a week and Saigon Dalat Hotel has nice large rooms, very clean, and executive suites have large living room and balcony. It is in a good location and can either walk or catch a quick taxi to the city center. Good breakfast buffet with a fresh soup and egg station as well. Very helpful concierge with good... More

I spent 2 nights there and paid around 100 USD/room/night for Deluxe room. That was the quite expensive hotel as compared with others in Da Lat. However the stay did not meet my expectation. With that price, I supposed to be welcomed by juices or tea with warm towel when I arrived. But no, they just collected my ID card... More

Was really amazed by this hotel. Very good sized room, huge double bed (biggest I've ever seen), well equipped - you have a 'display' to turn on/off gthe various lights, TV, 2 complimentary bottles of water every day (appreciate these small tokens). My room was towards the entrance, so was a bit worried it might be noisy; slept like a... More

The hotel was almost empty while we were there, we arrived later in the afternoon and they were happy to open the restaurant just for us. The staff were helpful and friendly and it is a great location. The tour they arranged for us was great and the food good. The washing was very well done but over priced, but... More
