Dalat itself is a little disappointing and dirty in comparison to other places in Vietnam. However we really enjoyed our stay due to our activities there. The hotel was pretty empty, the food was pretty good and the staff extremely helpful. The room was large and spacious, but it was just lacking in atmosphere compared to the smaller hotels that... After reading some of the reports here on Trip Advisor, I must admit that I was very disappointed in this hotel. Admittedly, the Golden Spoon Awards were on at the same time as my stay which meant that the pool was out of use but even so that didn't make up for the musty smell in the bedroom corridors and... This hotel is brand-new and is extremely comfortable. the rooms are luxurious and beautifully appointed, the hotel has free internet with computers provided in a separate room. The breakfast was excellent and there is a free pool table in the bar area. there is a lovely looking outside pool but it was too cool for that when we were there.

It has been the second time i went back to Saigon Dalat since it first opened in 2009. The room is very large with queen bed that can fit at least 3 people or even 4 at the same time. Nice view at the balcony. I was also impressed with the warm water swimming pool which was awesome to most... More

From the front this hotel looks impressive but there are many features of this hotel that let it down in my opinion. At the end of a long trip we wanted a couple of relaxed days in dalat. Forget about that.. you will have housekeeping banging on your door at 8am to make up your room despite us not leaving... More

Beautifully presented and spacious rooms with great views. An extensive variety available for breakfast buffet. Staff were very pleasant and helpful except it came to settling down a number of unsupervised children also staying at the hotel that were jumping on beds, running up and down the hallways and lifts disturbing many tired guest's sleep.

This is the second time we stay at this four star hotel in Dalat. It is in a convenient location within walking distance to Dalat market. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces for cars and buses. As for amenities, we had a room with two double beds. The room is nice. It has a flat screen TV, fridge, hot... More

We arrived at night after a sudden left from another bad hotel and this place does made it up for us! Stayed at a suit with a corner of living room and huge TV. Spacious place and big toilet fully equipped with tub n shower area. Super strong wifi as we had own cable on the table. We had an... More

We stayed for a short break in Dalat and booked hotel on line. I cannot praise the staff enough, nothing was too much trouble. We had to cancel the first night as flight delayed, but hotel did not charge us for it although it was not their fault. On arrival we had impeccable book in experience, the staff attended to... More

The Saigon DaLat was a nice place to stay. The price was quite reasonable $85/night. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfy. We had a great view of the city from our room. The staff speaks English and were quite helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location is central and you can walk to the market or restaurants.
