The hotel is impressive on first glance - grand in scale and furnishing and full of staff sweeping the lobby and standing at attention. Our room was large and quiet and, unfortunately, carpeted. Carpets had not been cleaned in a long time. Our bathroom sported a moldy shower and was generally not well scrubbed. It is odd that so many... More

We stayed a few nights at this hotel in the lovely city of Dalat. It's a great location close to many things including the crazy house. The breakfasts were more than adequate. The service was better than average and I would come back. The only issues I had were that it's an old hotel and some things are not up... More

Reception staff not very helpful nor friendly. At first glance it looks like a lovely hotel but on inspection in room see worn carpeting, exposed wires from an open plug. Location is good, walkable to Crazy House and Bao Dai Palace, even to the lake. Needs to upgrade its service. Not many choices at buffet breakfast.

I would love to give this hotel a 4, but the maintenance needs to be improved. It gives a great initial impression with the spaciousness and décor. But when you start to look more closely, you see some issues. There was mold on the bottom of the shower and the shower mat, hooks falling off the doors, etc. A lot... More

Great location near the Crazy House and walking distance to the lake and the street market. Very large, clean and comfortable room and decent shower. The staff was nice and accommodating. The biggest drawback was the buffet breakfast which was meager and a little strange. But, overall, I would recommend thus hotel.

Relatively new hotel - open 7 years - done in an older, almost Louis XIV style! Nice large rooms and good, commanding position above the city. Cavernous and characterless public areas. Delightful staff. Our waitress served the beer and then added that she would be standing in the lobby and "if we wanted anything to happen" we should just tell... More

Beautifully appointed hotel with old world charm but my stay was spoilt considerably by noise of the hotel disco/kareoke which starts at 8pm and goes until 12-1am every night. The beautiful rooms are spoilt by the of aircon or fan and were very stuffy - unless of course you opened the big doors to the deck in which case the... More

spacious rooms with comfortable bed; no need for air conditioning in dalat, but as I recall, they provide fans. bathroom clean and serviceable. breakfast varied according to how many tours they had in house, but always varied choices... pleasant staff; a little walking will take you to downtown restaurants and shops...
