This is a curious hotel -- starting from the name --- Vietsovpetro Hotel --- a hotel created by a petrochemical joint venture between Vietnam and the Soviet Union
It has aspirations --- building looks nice, beds nice, lobby nice
But it is still unfulfilled
stayed in B wing (the nicer wing) for a week
