Stayed here over New Year 2011/12. Friendly unobtrusive staff who provide good value Vietnamese food from their busy kitchen. Very popular with local families, especially at weekends, so you get a good feel for the real Vietnam. Large room. The hotel is rather impersonal and staff seldom seem to be around.
Room was comfortable and clean. Fresh towels daily.
No breakfast facility. The two staff we saw seemed to do everything including laundry.
Free pickup from airport is a big plus.
Security was troubling as the frontage is wide and open and room keys were on reception...
