While staff have been very hospitable and accommodating, this hotel is simply too far from the beach. It's 10-15 minutes from the beach by the road side. The staff was absolutely amazing and you should eat at the restaurant simply to experience how nice their wait-staff is. We found this hotel on hostelbookers.com. It is a small hotel however looks recently refurbished with new furniture and paint job. It was extremely clean and staff were very helpful especially during the closure of bangkok airport. They spoke fluent english and were willing to wait on the phone line to airlines. It's walking distance from the beach and markets. more

I stayed 7 days in Karon living room.It's almost like a guesthouse with 3 floors.Location is about 15 min walk to the beach.It's clean and has free internet access at the lobby area.I gave 1800 baht per day.Expensive hotel for what it offers. more
