We stayed 1 night after our flight came in late and before heading north the next morning. The staff was ready for us when we arrived and I thought they were all nice and helpful. The rooms were large, clean and simple. The grounds and pool were clean and well-maintained. We had a great time playing in the large pool.... More

The place looks amazing, but looks can be deceptive. We booked a double villa with breakfast. One of the curtain rails in our room was coming away from the wall and there was no shower curtain in our children's room. There was no socket for the kettle and no water. The beautiful bar area smelled of decaying meat or rubbish... More

Nice hotel about 10minutes from Phuket International Airport. Nice rooms, huge bathroom, but extremely hard bed. Lovely pool area and gardens and surrounds kept neat and tidy. Breakfast was included in the package, not a great selection but quite a nice meal. Staff were very friendly, a little bit hard to understand though.

We booked a package deal through scoopon and after a beautiful stay at a resort this was just to sleep the night before our flight. Well not much sleep happened as the bed was like sleeping on concrete. I have travelled around Thailand last year and I know most of the beds are hard but this was ridiculous. We hardly... More

I had enquired about an airport pick up but not heard back so was impressed to see someone looking out for me as I walked through arrivals at 4am. Other than the rude and unhelpful woman on reception that night, all staff were nice. Rooms are dated especially the puny shower over the bath, but I found this place fine... More

I was just looking for a place to hang out other than the airport for my 2am flight out. It served its purpose. The website I booked on though said it had free wifi and this is misleading. The free wifi is only in the restaurant or at the pool. It was too hot to sit at either. If I sat... More

We picked this hotel as it was so near the airport and had a pool. Some of the reviews were not that good but we thought for the price we paid it can't be that bad. We were pleasantly surprised! huge air conditioned room, pool all to ourselves and a decent breakfast. The only down side was as we arrived... More

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport. That was the best thing about it. Although we were charged 300 THB to get from the airport to the hotel (less than 5 mins drive), the hotel does provide a complimentary shuttle to the airport. The room was less than basic, there was a bed, a toilet, and... More

As with others, stayed here 1 night before transit. Hotel staff weren't really that friendly, WIFI is only free at the pool bar and in the restaurant. Breakfast was pretty average. The rooms were in very pool condition, stains all over curtains, dead insects on the walls, the sliding door wouldn't shut all the way and the shower fixtures in... More

A well received good night's sleep after a long journey and a difficult time to get a taxi at the airport. maybe there were just no taxis as new year. The hotel has a good pool, friendly staff. All good.
