We have just arrived off an 18 hour flight, got a taxi here easy enough from the airport. Hotel is nice but in a poor location if you are a touist. Rooms where good and a good bathroom and shower. Location poor for Phuket town but was ok as we just wanted somewhere to crash before heading on the ferry... More

The rooms are well cleaned and spacious, the shower is large and has a good pressure. The staff were so nice and friendly they helped out so much. Location isnt very good with little to none proper restaurants around also was very hard to find transport to more convenient locations we ate at little local stores very cheap and good... More

The Facility: The property is fairly new and is in good shape. It is very clean, the rooms are spacious and well appointed and it offers a fitness centre, wi-fi and most other services offered at an extended stay style hotel. The Location: The hotel is NOT in Phuket Town but is located in a residential suburb well outside of... More

The hotel was nice. The beds were hard, but that seemed true everywhere we went in SE Asia. This place is good for a starting point to explore the East side of Phuket - if you rent scooters or get a taxi to take you. There is not much within walking distance.

We stayed here for two nights. The location is not great if you want to walk around during the day/night, however there is a bus stop (10Baht) out the front which will take you directly into Phuket town (20 minutes). The hotel was clean and our room was a good size, simple, but nothing bad. We didn't find the staff... More

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights in March 2013. The location is really bad, not in the walking distance to Phuket Town, not any of the beaches. Beaches are actually really far away, and 30 min - 1 hour motorcycle ride. There is no restaurant in the hotel, nor any restaurants nearby. The staff is useless (barely speak... More

My partner and I spent one night at Rattana Residence really as a pit stop. We had flown from Chiang Mai to Phuket and were travelling to Railay the following day. The first thing to mention which I think is important is that this hotel is not in the main centre of Phuket town. This is a residential area and... More

Loved this hotel, it was perfect for what we needed which was basically somewhere to get some sleep after the journey from the UK before moving on to Koh Phi Phi. Close to the pier, short taxi ride or walk if you have a good sense of direction....and humour. Not noisy at all. Great street food nearby! Overall, value for... More

The Rattana Residence is a nice hotel, clean with spacious rooms. The staff are friendly and helpfull and can arrange a number of activites around Phuket. This is worth mentioning because the location of the hotel is on the outskirts of the town and even though the hotel luckily is situated in a quiet sidestreet, the road to town is... More

We stayed there one night to catch a ferry to the islands. I'm glad it was nog in Pukhet town because we don't like it there. The staff was nice and the room was spacious and clean with a balcony. There's not mutch to do in the neighbourhoud but if you walk to the right on the big road you... More
