I wanted a romantic getaway and this place was perfect. Booked directly with the hotel. They gave me a deluxe seaview room, upstairs in villa #7, with a king size bed - for only B2925/night. This place is quality throughout. I read a news piece on site which said the owner got a $1M grant from the Gates Foundation for... more

We went to the Cabbages and Condoms restaurant for dinner on a friend's recommendation and loved the resort. Ended up staying our last night in the beach side villa to spend our son’s birthday. The villa is right on the beach with a private deck and garden. Has a bathtub and outdoor Jacuzzi with a rainforest theme shower. Our son... more

I had no intention of setting foot anywhere near Pattaya because of its unsavory reputation but a last-minute recommendation for a beach locale near Bangkok took me to this resort. I'm glad I took the advice of a friend who has been here before. The resort is at least a 10 minute taxi ride and across a small mountain from... more

The resort is beautifully designed, and profits go to a good cause. It's a great place for young kids with the rainforest pool, bunnies on the lawn, and small places for them to play. For the adults it's ok for about two days. There is no beach so to speak, and pool is nice but crowded. Restaurant is good. However,... more

I have lived in Thailand for 7 years and am always looking for places to go with my 4 year old and 2 year old children. This is for sure the best place we've found. We stayed in one of the family suites that has a private gate that opens directly onto the kiddy pool. The great thing about the... more

The Birds and Bees Resport is a good get away if you live in Bangkok or are passing through. It only took us 1.5 hours from Bangkok. The rooms and grounds are very nice, the pools and restaurant also are very good. The beach is scenic but very dirty, one of my kids stepped in a pool of oil (we... more

I'm reluctant to share this place, as having stayed there two years ago, and then again this year, it was so much busier and we no longer had the fab infinity pool to ourselves! This is a gorgeous resort though. The staff are fantastic, the rooms are lovely and spacious - especially the bungalows with the outdoor shower, the bunnies... more

My family ( 2 adults and 2 kids aged 3 and 4) visited the Birds and Bees Resort in December 2007. I would have to rate this resort as being one of my all time favorite places in the world to go to for rest, relaxation and getting away from it all. The reason is that this resort is stunningly... more

This hotel was recommended to us by the concierge at the Holiday Inn, Bangkok. I tried to find this place on tripadvisor, but there was no such listing for it. This place is also sometimes referred to by it's main restaurant name, which is Cabbages and Condoms. Condoms because the owner owns a condom company. The hotel is located away... more
