Lived here 10 days in December 2012. 80 % of guests were Russian. Positive points: Located in a quiet street. Free internet (only in loby on the first floor) No fees for the guests. Negative points: Breakfast was the same for all 10 days. Comparatively far from Second Road. Yes it is 10-15 min by foot. But when it was... More

The Balitaya Resort has a really nice lobby with a cool vibe and very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the rooms are just okay for Pattaya at the price they charge. Having never been to Pattaya, a friend and I chose the Balitaya based on positive Agoda reviews and a nice price point. The double room we stayed in was very clean... More

Not a bad hotel. Excellent location: 5 minutes Central Festival, 10 min-Walking street. Located on the second street in a quiet area. Good rooms, large and comfortable, the hotel is small but nice. There are two computers with free Internet in the lobby. Nice pool. The hotel also provides complimentary shuttle service to major tourist destinations. Of the minuses terrible... More

room was adequate only. is looking very tired now and does not reflect what you see on their website. for the price there is much, much better. but worst of all is that they have a pair of birds near the pool (peacocks), who will keep you awake all night long. and even if you are a heavy sleeper, i... Looking for a value, this place offers it. If you looking for a 5 star hotel, you will not be happy here. So let's look at what they offer. First they offer a clean spacious room with air conditioning and a hot water shower. They also offer free taxi transportation in the Pattaya area. In the morning a free breakfast.... More

Booked the Hotel for a 2 night stop over in pattaya with my girlfriend. Photos look good on website but hotel is pretty worn out. I ended up only staying one night and getting a refund for the 2nd night and going elsewhere. Rooms are spacious but my room was infested with ants, they were literally everywhere. When i complained... More

The room is nice, quite large and comfortable, except that it doesn't have a bath - only a shower with no curtain, so the floor gets wet easily. Wifi is free but only available in the lobby (no signal in the room). There are two PC's available in the lobby in case you don't have your own laptop. The hotel... More

Nice modern place with good size room but no real view of anything. Decent price ($45/night. during the low season). What's the problem? They just started construction of a new hotel right next door but no one on staff disclosed that when I checked in on a Friday afternoon that EXTREMELY loud construction starts on Saturday AND SUNDAY mornings(!) at... I just spent 8 days here with a room on the 3rd floor (of 6 - Ground floor = 1). At the walk-up rate of 1200 baht per night (including a decent breakfast, and free PC & internet access in the lobby). The hotel has a nice pool and chill out area, and the breakfast/dining area overlooks it. The room... More
