Its value for money - as simple as that. We booked this hotel on our way from Krabi to Pattaya through Agoda. We spent just like INR 1.8K for the hotel including breakfast. Good things first - Property is big and gives you a feel of a 3-4 star, rooms are clean but bathroom required maintenance, breakfast was decent. The... More

They rate as 4 stars hotel but you can get a room at same rate as other 3 stars hotel, so don't expected much then it's okay. Overall is good at the price you pay, at least there are swimming pool, fitness center, satellite TV with varies channels and included breakfast. Be careful when you use bathroom, floor is quite... Booking a so called 4* Hotel somewhere nowhere in Pattaya? Well, you might be surprised what you get - so it happened to me. The Hotel is located on the crossing of 3rd road and North Pattaya road, so a bit away from the beach road and all its restaurants and bars but conviniently close to the restaurants and bars... More

I stayed here for 2 night. The room is big and clean. Bed and pillow soft and clean. big swimming pool. every room has balcony. the breakfast wasn't bad. The staff very friendly and helpful. Reasonable rate. and you can walk around 10-15 min to Alcazar show. Near from the supermarket, so you can buy everything you need.

I have stayed here many times over the past few years and normally for my full duration 12 weeks, the manager Suwit is kind, caring and nothing is to much trouble for him he cares greatly about his guests however sadly the hotel owners have let the place decline a little over the years and not invested in the right... Hotels dirty, horrible service if you got any at all, rude reception and staff, cleaners using extremely loud walkie talkies cleaning rooms at early hours in the morning, breakfast was as low as you get, no swim up bar, no in house restaurant, no good food places close by to walk to, no mini bar, no sound privacy in your... We were upgraded to suite room. Bathtub does not fix, so it shakes when we move. Every times we took shower, water floated, funny thing, house keeping did not dry it. This hotel, we feel no any services beside sleeping room. Hotel staff not friendly, location is far from the down town. I would not recommend to stay there.
