I was abit unsure on first thoughts, but what a lovely place! The staff are lovely and the rooms comfortable and clean. There is a pool bar which is ran on trust, not something you see often. I was really impressed, excellent value for money, would recommended.

I am regular traveller to pattaya.but this hotel is the worst I have been in pattaya.very expensive 950 baht for 3 bed witout breakfast.bad pillow I couldn't sleep.you can find better hotel in soi bukaw for less price.10 min walk to the street.bad stairs.not clean room.nothing good to say bout this hotel.ran away after 2 day

Bit quiet for June but a great location, not too far walk to the main road/baht buses but far enough away for peace and quiet. Few cracks in pool tiles and tiles in bathroom but nothing major. Lovely very friendly staff who are very helpful. Great place to stay would choose again if I returned to Thailand. Highly recommended.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and have always found staff very good and hotel very clean and tidy GREAT VALUE for money its tucked away abit but hey come on its only 5minutes in taxi for 10 baht to NIGHT LIFE B.Mcmahon London

google maps fooled me in to thinking that this hotel is near pattaya beach. instead it is near the sanctuary of truth, far from that beach. but hotel website clearly states that it is not where I thought it would be, so i have no grudges against the hotel management. the owner of this hotel is a very decent person.... There are plenty of nicer and newer places for same price range in pattaya. this one has nothing special going for it.
