One of the most inhospitable, discourteous, unfriendly, rude, unhelpful, obnoxious staff you could ever encounter in any hotel in the World. My 1st trip to Pattaya, had expected to experience much of the touted Thai hospitality but the actual experience was woefully short of even the lowest of expectations. Right from the time of check in, the reception staff was so rude and obnoxious. One of the... More

Front office is worst, not very welcome, less courteous, language is an issue. Restaurant service is very poor. Good location, spacious rooms. They offer membership card useful to get some discount. Close to the streets.

Good hotel price-quality. Not bed breakfast. Good location near with beach and shopping centers, mr Ripley museum. Our friends (they live in another hotel) come to our room without any problems with reception. Walking Street in 15 min by walk.

This hotel is your typical Thai 3 star hotel. I was luckily enough to get a Suite as part of my Blokesworld Extreme Pattaya tour and the view was to die for. I had room 1107 which is front left of the building and you get see all of Pattaya. The room was very spacious and had plenty of room... More

Non hospitable staff - Bathrooms terrible - cockroaches habitat . Guard at the lift is a standalone welcoming point - was tired of acknowledging his saluting every time one enters/dislodge from lifts.

Arrived at the hotel 10.30 pm tired and ready to drop but the reception was far less than friendly and welcoming. Had to use sign language to understand the angry staff. May be they are forced to work at that time of day? They told us the cost of taking visitors back to our room without us asking or telling... More

Stayed in Marriott more 3 nights and then shifted to this hotel just opposite of Marriott. The location is very convenient for everything and the price i paid is very cheap (1/3rd compared to Marriott ) and definitely excellent value for money. The service and the ambience are ordinary but acceptable at the rate. They have a system of Membership... More

This hotel is very well positioned just behind the Marriot with rates less than half of the latter. The decor is dark wood according to traditional Thai style. There is a very nice large swimming pool and enough deckchairs for sunning oneself. The allround service is satisfactory and the rooms are nice and large, some with a nice view of... More
