After a 12 night stay we went to check out at 7pm on 28th January, 2015 and I was accused of a stealing an ashtray and told I had to pay 150 baht for a new one. I explained I did not smoke, offered for staff to search my bags however they refused. I was told I had to pay... More

Good stay in city view room(infact no view), room was a bit smaller than it appeared on the site, bed was comfortable, good and clean bathroom, changed linens everyday, excellent breakfast with wide options, the staff was helpful, very good hotel and recommended for all. The hotel is just near beach road but in the heart of bars/pubs, ideal for... More

The place needs a makeover such as proper fire doors for the rooms and bathroom facilities. However, what was provided was adequate. Staff at reception were mainly good. The breakfast was good enough to fill up your tummy. The noise from the bars around the hotel go on until 4.30am. If you are in bed before then, take some ear... More

Value for money..Its centrally located and most of the attractions are at walking distance....Good and polite staff.. Lavish Breakfast spread for the money u pay... Rooms were also well appointed...Good for solo travelers....Only draw back : there was no tea/coffee maker bottle opener in the room.....they shoud provide ice buckets on request.....a good experience nevertheless

I can't give the hotel a bad review because I hated pattaya. The staff were all polite and friendly. The room was large and clean. There was a pool on the top floor. Location is great, you are right on top of the bars and lap dance places.

We booked this hotel 2 nights for my family vacation. But we were extremely disappointed! They asked us have to deposit 1000 THB that other hotel has never asked. 4 or 5-stars hotel is fine, but this hotel below 3-star hotel. Room is big enough, but nothing ! No tea, no coffee, no kettle in room, no slipper, dirty bed... More

Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Housekeeping is doing a good job. Good breakfast. Receptionist 'Pim' needs a culture check. We found undertones of racism from her while we were checking in. About 15- 20 mins to walking street. Lots of bars just outside the hotel.

After moving from a smaller Pattaya hotel with better rooms and friendly staff and almost half the price, I moved into Flipper Lodge which I had prebooked. Right off the bat things got ugly with the afternoon front desk lady when I questioned a 500 B charge that wasn't on my initial booking with the hotel. Then AFTER she collected... More

Nicely designed building and well decorated rooms but badly managed. Even if you are a smoker you would be disappointed by the overwhelming smell of cigarette in the hallways and in every rooms. The hotel is located in convenient area for a nightlife and a block away from beach road. I will return to this hotel only if rooms are... More
