Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Housekeeping is doing a good job. Good breakfast. Receptionist 'Pim' needs a culture check. We found undertones of racism from her while we were checking in. About 15- 20 mins to walking street. Lots of bars just outside the hotel.

After moving from a smaller Pattaya hotel with better rooms and friendly staff and almost half the price, I moved into Flipper Lodge which I had prebooked. Right off the bat things got ugly with the afternoon front desk lady when I questioned a 500 B charge that wasn't on my initial booking with the hotel. Then AFTER she collected... More

Nicely designed building and well decorated rooms but badly managed. Even if you are a smoker you would be disappointed by the overwhelming smell of cigarette in the hallways and in every rooms. The hotel is located in convenient area for a nightlife and a block away from beach road. I will return to this hotel only if rooms are... More

Location is perfect but loud music may infiltrate well till dawn as it is nestled among umpteen number of bars. No smiles from any of the staff especially front desk and restaurant. The room was clean and spacious but cramped shower cubicle. The biggest gripe; no in-room safe!! If they could fix the above-mentioned, it would be a decent hotel.

I stayed here for 9 nights last week. I intended to stay for 2 but it was so central to all the nightlife and had everything I needed. The superb buffet breakfast was outstanding and included in the price. Lovely room, great rooftop pool and the staff on reception were so friendly and such fun. I would definitely return.

Tbf it's a cheap and cheerful hotel. Can't knock it for being clean, if not a little dated. My only gripe is whilst in a rush to check out after a rather heavy night, I left behind my Bose sound docking speaker. After unpacking my case the next day I realised my mistake and immediately rang the reception to see... More

This hotel is nice and the staff were nice however the hotel was under renovation and the one lift was being refurbished and the pool. We were not informed of this until we checked in. They said we could use the pool of their sister hotel a 5 minute walk away. The noise was bad during the renovation and I... More

This was my third stay at Flipper Lodge in 19 months. Once again it was a good experience. Clean rooms and good breakfast making it a great base for visiting Pattaya. Not a good location for families as it is in an area with many bars. My only complaint is the wi-fi. It isn't free and it is very frustrating... More

Beautiful hotel in Pattaya. Rooms are very nice, just make sure you get one in the renovated tower(I think there are 2 towers). Some of the rooms do not have views, so if that is important make sure you mention it at booking. Nice rooftop pool and bar, reasonably priced drinks and specials as well. Breakfast has an omelet station... More
