THis is the best hotel i have stayed in in Pattaya, the location is perfect, the pool is lovely, we staying in the Corona building, the rooms were big, clean and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice and eggs etc freshly cooked. More

we stayed at the areca from 28/12/11 to 11/2/12 we have stayed there on 5 previos occasions before we find now that customer service has rapidly declined we were charged 50 bht just for asking for an extra pillow and 3000 bht for a compulsary new years dinner was well excessive which was no better than what we get at... currently at the Areca lodge 13/1/2012 and myself among many other disatisfied costemers , are fed up with the construction work going on . We should have been notified about this prior to the booking , there are far to many hotels empty and egar to please to stay here ,so we and and many others are deciding to leave.... More

This was our second stay. There are two swimming pools and one gym. Breakfast is good, as is the location. The rooms are clean, and they have been updated since our last stay two years ago. We would stay again. More
