Stayed here Easter 2013. The holiday started badly with an electrical fault in the room which was in the air conditioning and lit the whole room up sporadically in the middle of the night and made it impossible to sleep. After a couple of nights complaining they finally moved us to an upgraded room at no extra charge and what... More

I was here for a stopover and the room was nice with balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. You need to pay for Wifi though. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly tasty. The location was good - 5 minutes walk to the beach and the night life area. The breakfast was ok with a variety of choice.

I stayed here with my father and his partner for a couple of nights. The hotel looks lovely and the pools look really inviting. The rooms are very nice and each one has a balcony and chairs and a table. The TV options are better than most and you can hook up a laptop or DVD player etc. There is... More

I read all these wonderful reviews on TripAdvisor and decided to go for it for my honeymoon trip, so I made the booking through Make my trip, but when I reached over there after a long flight with my husband, the rooms were not available. We were told to wait for an hour or so, However the manager of the... More

We prefer North Pattaya, because it is less noisy than the Town centre. The hotel is recently renovated and everyting works perfectly. The beds are good. They have a lot of staff working hard keeping everything in top condition. They are very helpful and are equipped with the lovely Thai smile. Their lovely French coffeshop is Worth visiting. The only... More

This hotel is a little bit off the center (nice unless you really want to be where the "action" is) but just a10 minutes tuk tuk trip from it ,.The pool is long and allright for laps, the breakfast buffet is ok with Thaï and western dishes ,the rooms were up to the level expected for this category of hotel :... Yes, I know about Pattaya. But I took my family there, all small kids under the age of 10 and we stayed in 2 rooms at this hotel. I cannot say enough good things about it. The staff was outstanding and really went out of their way to make our stay a good one. Especially good at helping us book... More

Firstly I can't believe the negative reviews. . I travelled alone. All the staff were friendly and looked after me. . Nothing was any trouble. As for the rooms for a four star this was no better or worse than any other hotel I have stayed in. It might be wise that people check out what's on offer in Thailand... More

Stayed at this hotel for 10 days. There's quite a few negative reviews on here but I must say I enjoyed my stay. I found the staff pleasant and helpful and had no problem with any language barrier at reception. Was always greeted by them on arriving back and at breakfast. Breakfast was good although I did just stick to... More
