Our 7th visit which says it all - we've never been back to any other hotel even twice. Top quality luxury but the most friendly staff you could ever hope for. Nothing is too much trouble. Treated like a VIP but never intrusive or made to feel uncomfortable. Despite this, the price is right. We'll be back next year. more

I have stayed here several times over the past 5 years, normally on business, and have noticed the standard slipping throughout that time. The rooms have balconies with good water views but are now badly in need of renovating. There are loud plumbing noices throughout the night from rooms above and adjoining and the general decor is shabby and outdated.... more
