I loved Thailand but would NEVER recommend anyone to stay here - we were charged almost 200 pounds because staff accused us of breaking the mini bar fridge door, which was absolute rubbish. The fridge door and all their appliances were old and it just so happened we were trying to do a "good deed" and phoned staff to let... More

Stayed here on a business trip recently. Whilst the room was spacious and clean, there was no ironing board and iron which would have been helpful. The mini bar is well stocked and of course very cheap to European purses. I found the staff to be very helpful and polite, and the food was good with a good choice at... More

We stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. The room size was good. The bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Very big swimming pool. There is also a small gym. The hotel is located outside of Pattaya. So travelling to Pattaya on a daily basis could be challenging, although the hotel provides shuttle bus to Pattaya with return for... More

This hotel was terrible. They're expensive to book, service is very poor, I actually saw a front desk staff yell at a guest! It was terrible. There is no WIFI which is horrible at the cost that you pay to stay and the room service staff messed up our order and then insisted that we change the order but wouldn't... More

My husband and I were part of a tour group that stayed at Cholchan Pattaya Resort. I would visit Thailand again but never this hotel again. I hope my feedback is helpful to other future travellers looking for a place to stay. On the morning of check out we were notified by the hotel we would be charged 5,000 THB... More

Do NOT book this hotel for business - totally unsuitable. Do NOT book this hotel if you're a tourist - unless you're on a package tour from China, in which case, you'll fit right in. If you're a tourist and not Chinese _ don't book this hotel. Too far from town, nothing to do or see here - except queue... More

I have stayed in this hotel many times. The staff are lovely and can't do enough to make your stay a pleasant one. The cleaning staff will not disturb you if you have your notice on the door. They will change your room when you leave your service sign up and it is always cleaned to a very high standard.... More

The only reason I stayed at this hotel is because it was arranged by my tour group. The room that I got put in was decently spacious, but the bathroom is really old and looked like something from a horror film. My sheets had a suspicious stain on it, and hair dryers can't be plugged in inside the bathroom, not... More

I visited Thailand in 2004 and had a wonderful experience. My wife's family wanted a family trip so my brother in law booked a tour and we happened to stay at this hotel. As far as my experience it was just an average one. Their breakfast buffet was ok. There were big group of Chinese tourists who were rude as... More

I stayed here for 2 weeks on Business, there are 23 floors and I was on the 22nd, this for some is quite a good thing, but wait....this hotel is extremely popular with Asians (Chinese, Korean, Japanese etc) and in the morning it can take 15mins to get down in the lift, get a low floor if you stay. It's... More
