Very good location and a great parking space. Check in was quick and hassle free. Hotel is showing age and the room spacious and clean. Well equip-ed slippers, bathrobe etc. The wifi you had to pay for. The were many Russian and Chinese in the hotel. Breakfast was what you expected. Short way to the beach, short distance to shops... One of the older hotels in the area, mainly used by Chinese tour groups. Reception was friendly and efficient I got a newly decorated room with all what is needed like fridge, TV, bathrobe, slippers etc, the only grumble I had here was that you had to pay for wifi. Breakfast was the typical anemic affair all hotels in this... More

Check in was quick and hassle free, having booked through Agoda. Hotel is showing its age with all aspects looking dated however it is not billed as a luxury hotel. The location is the biggest plus factor for this hotel, within easy distance to shops and restaurants and a short 10 baht ride to downtown Pattaya. That said the water... More

The hotel needs a renovation, outdated rooms. Very simple breakfast was reasonable. But absolutely no atmosphere here. The area is ok, many restaurants and close to the beach. There were many Russians in the hotel.

Walls of the room were invery poor condition, with the exception of one having new(ish) wallpaper. Very difficult to regulated water temperature in shower. Breakfast is adequate but lacking. Used, in the most part, for Eastern European tourists the staff at the property were ok but overall it was a dark and miserable place to stay. Large holes in foyer... More

It was the first time our group used the Jomtien Thani Hotel and we were very happy a with the customer service. The booking form didn't register properly that we wanted twin, not double, rooms, but the staff coped well with shuffling us around into twin rooms. Swimming pool area is a nice place to relax on 4th floor and... More

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Very good location. Close to golf of Thailand. The water in this golf is very warm, so it was better to use the excellent swimming pool at the hotel. The hotel is not new. You can see that starting from elevators. Room was clean, but nothing special. The view from our 9th floor... More

Brilliant view to the sea – excellent breakfast – very friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk – nice swimming pool. Furniture in the deluxe room very old and a bit run down and not suitable to a 4*-hotel – bathroom not to standard – expensive Internet (300 Bath a day!) - only three elevators which may cause longer... The lobby looked okay. But when I got to my room porter dumped bag and waited for his tip. The bathroom fittings were old and protruding from the tiles in the wall. A dark 'peephole' next to shower made me feel uncomfortable. Mould on ceiling. For three days I had dirty brown water coming out of shower but I was... More

Jomtien Thani Hotel is near the beach that we like. The hotel was a last min booking with 2 kids a bit limited on hotels so booked this one double bed with fold down bed for the 8 year old nice size room and good view down to pool and out to sea. The breakfast buffet was ideal for me... More
