I stayed in a Terrace Suite room , which opens directly onto the garden and pool area. It had it's own private deck which was great for having breakfast on, or drinks in the evening. A huge King bed, flat screen TV with a DVD/CD player and surround sound system made up the main room. Sliding doors led to a... More

Nice lobby, nice pool and that's all. Even poll is not so good because it has very few hours of sun because the main building is so high. Rooms are ok, bathrooms are terrible, very old and small. For price they are charging there are at least 10 better hotels in Pattaya. Very boring hotel...

We decided to stay at the Marriott having trawled up and down Pattaya to find a place where we could really treat ourselves. We were all too aware of Marriott as a "brand" so decided to try it out. Walking off the street and booking a room was obviously likely to be a costly experience - but it wasn't peak... More

A fabulous hotel in the middle of an interesting if floored place. Its a clean, modern, quiet hotel with extremely friendly staff. I'd never been to Thailand before and wouldn't choose to go to Pattaya again but staying in the Marriott made it worth while. After the noise, chaos and questionable morals of Walking Street, it was so nice to... More

We stayed at The Pattaya Marriott for 3 nights. The Marriott is a nice oasis in the middle of the insanity that is Pattaya. The PROS: -The executive club in the lobby had free internet access, free breakfast (the staff saw us and remembered what we wanted and ordered it when we walked in) and a big selection of appetizers... Good location, has its own pool and the beach is easily reached through the rear of the hotel. Very good service, nice breakfast but no lunch or dinner, which isn't a problem really as there are many restaurants. Room was simple but tastefully decorated.Lovely hotel in a brash town!

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour package. You can't get a much better location in Pattaya than the Marriott. It's right at the beach and in middle of all the shopping and dining. The gardens are full of lush tropical trees and flowers. Nice touch of traditional Thai archetecture throughout the gardens and pool area. It... More

My husband & I were in Bangkok & wanted to go somewhere near with beaches for a quick getaway & after all it was my birthday. It was right in the middle of the busy area, with a good shopping mall adjacent to it - very convenient when you don't want to wander around the smelly, full of tourists &... More

For those that have been to Pattaya Thailand you know that the place at times defines crazy. If you are looking for a place to stay that provides a comfortable respite from the hustle and bustle that are the streets of Pattaya this is a good choice. As my title suggests it is a city within a city but also... More
