Stayed again at this guesthouse over Christmas/New Year, once again thank you to Cherry and the staff for looking after me. The two girls who clean the rooms do a great job and always happy to have a chat (leave them a tip, they work hard). Always good value for money and a short stroll to the centre of Pattaya... More

Staff are great and friendly, good breakfast and other meals, rooms are always clean and daily, great location central or close to most areas in Pattaya. Great value, I will be booking again next time.

2 friends and I arrived in Pattaya on a bus from Cambodia without any hotel reservations and headed for the area where this hotel is located (Soi Diana) as I knew there were a few reasonably priced hotels that we could try and we just needed a place for a couple of nights as we were not sure how long... After a terrible stay at boss suites this place is heaven, lovely clean spacious rooms, free WiFi, friendly staff who can't do more. Its a great location and well recommended. Can't fault the place. You also get breakfast with the price of 900 baht in Nov and 1100 in Dec.

Very comfortable, clean, and the staff - especially Cherry - are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and 7/11 about 25 meters away. Visitor friendly. What more could you want for about £20 a night. Stayed here 3 times, and will be there again next year.

This place is about a 1 minute walk from LK Metro but is quiet. At least my room was quiet, I got a room all the way in the back. The room is very nicely furnished and has a nice bathroom and a big LCD TV and a fridge. Free breakfast is included. The place is surrounded by other hotels... More

Truly a 4.5 star rating for the price. Have stayed here 3 times now and will be my favourite in the foreseeable future until the secret is out and they pump up the prices in typical thai fashion :-) 900 baht a night going to 1100 baht in peak season including tasty breakfast (eggs to your liking). Rooms are spotless,... More

I liked the food at the restaurant so much last year that I decided to come back and stay. I was not dissapointed. Very clean tidy hotel. Laundary was half the price we paid at the Carlton om Soi 5. Large LCD tv. At 900baht for the double room including a small beakfast I thought this was reasonable. When I... More
