The „Sutus Court“ Hotel is in fact a complex of five buidings. Sutus Court 1 is the newest and the most expensive one. Sutus Court 5 is the oldest buiding and the cheapest. All rooms are quite spacious and beside a nice restaurant there are 2 swimming pools. Safety boxes are available at the reception. You are in the middle... More

This place is the absolute pits with reception staff to match. The good thing about this place is actually going out from there daily, and the best experience was actually checking out. The old part where my room was located was very dated - no coffee facilities, no plug in the toilet sink - a telephone for room service but... More

It takes very little to be labelled a troublemaker in this old hotel. Try bringing a pack of peanuts into the restaurant or asking for a foot stool there. My advice is not to tip anyone because their memories are short in that regard. If you are going to be treated as an a$$hole then you may as well be... More

Sutus is a great hotel. It used to be very cheap upto last year when you had the small economy room for just 400 baht a night during the low season.Unfortunately rates have been going up recently and now the cheapest rooms are 580 baht a night. The staff can be a bit nervous while checking out only 15 minutes too late.Sutus... I did check the room before paying for 3 nights upfront. Later, on closer inspection, the bed sheets were disgusting. I phoned reception and asked for clean sheets and was told tomorrow. I replied 'no today please', they tutted and sighed but eventually agreed. After waiting 2 hours I decided to go out for dinner and ask reception again on... More

I stayed in a zone 1 room which was 950 baht a day. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was cleaned everyday, and 2 small bottles of water and a roll of toilet paper left outside the room every afternoon. The hotel's location is very central. 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach, and many bars, restaurants, cafes near the... More

The room was clean and they allowed us to check in 3 hours early. There is a small, clean pool. A cheap hotel with pool access, what more can a budget traveler ask for? Stayed in a triple room with two other friends. The fridge in the room was not working and when we informed reception they had someone come... More

I booked a zone 2 room and it turned out to be brilliant. Sort of trad thai style. However reception and other hotel staff were surly at best. I first put their rudeness down to lack of english but it wasnt that. They didnt really seem to know much about what they were doing. My room was kept clean but... More
