The contemporary and uniquely attractive entry way sets the scene. It's very hard to fault this hotel - a solid four stars. Wifi was excellent. The roof-top pool is a great treat. Breakfast facilities are generous.

We bought a package at a Travel fair in Bangkok; nice photos, etc but not really representative. The hotel mostly caters to Chinese tour groups and Russian guests, so not great service nor food nor rooms nor maintenance. Very poor English standard and the worst ever bell staff we have ever seen; surly and not at all helpful.

Arrived at the hotel early, greeted with a cold drink. Check in was quick and simple. We were shown to our room which as requested was on a high floor. The room was over looked by a building site and not at all suitable, one phone call to reception and we were given a new room, staff apologised that it... More

Booked this on New Years, then checked with reception, in person the day before checking in, to make sure that a room was available, THIS HOTEL OPERATES A "NO REFUND POLICY" as in, even though it's our fault we will make every excuse and NOT refund. Sold my room because I would not buy their "Gala Dinner" that, and the... More

As a seasoned traveller I can sincerely state that the hotel staff in this establishment are the most rude I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. From the moment we checked in up until we were waiting for our car to leave they were rude! One day at 3am there was a car outside the hotel playing music... More

Comfortable bed. Basic facilities. Shower is clean but sprays everywhere. Breakfast ranges from Asian to European cuisine. Staff have difficulties communicating in English. Location good. Would return

Got this accomodation cheap through my parents, so we upgraded our room. when we first checked in, I had requested a balcony, but none were available til the next night, so swapped the second nights stay. The staff speak little english, As we had twin rooms we requested another pillow as only 3 in the room. They charged us 20bht... More

Located smack in the middle between Pattaya city and Jomtien it is an ideal location from which to jump on a Bhat bus - 10 bhat a trip to either the busy city and markets or to the beach. Our two bedroom room was nicely appointed with an elephant theme going on. Three flat screens, one in each bedroom and... More

This hotel is half way between pattaya city and jontiem beach. It is too far too walk to either comfortably due to the heat however the hotel is on the baht bus route so for 20 baht you can be at either very easily with no hasstle so the location is very good. The hotel has a free shuttle to... More

We stayed 7 nights and were very happy with the service (very friendly staff) & the standard of the rooms, for the small price. Convenient to Baht buses & many great little eating spots close by. Great pools (2) and everything was kept spotlessly clean. Free WIFI worked great everywhere I tried it in the hotel, but staff did warn... More
