This is a nice hotel with a nice staff, big rooms with large bathrooms, but may be to avoid the next months because of the heavy and noisy contructionwork due to the building of Sea Me Spring 3. I am sure soi 10 will be a really attractive soi when all the buildings is complete, but right now its too... More

I went to the hotel to view a room with my family, as we were considering moving hotels. When we arrived at the hotel we went to the reception, that was empty except for one man, Thanadol S., who was simply sat staring into space. I politely interrupted his day-dreaming and asked if it was possible to see a room.... More

Location for this hotel is great, just in the center of Pattaya, 3-5 minutes walk from the Central department store. 2 minutes walk to the beach and other shopping area. Rooms are large and comfortable, and unlike many other Pattaya hotels, the staff is actually quite friendly. Great view from the up-floors rooms and from the roof-top swimming-pool. The breakfast... I wasn't expecting such a great hospitality but since arriving (without booking) until now everything was great, the staff are really helpful and welcoming, receptionists, bellboys, the coffee shop staff, housekeepers, everybody is nice and always smiling. The room is really big with a nice balcony - even though the room I stayed in is not a sea view option... More

Overall the hotel is acceptable. Rooms are big. Bed is a bit on te hard side. Seems to be a standard in many hotels here. As usual service staffs were poilte and helpful, basically a thai culture. Location very near to main road making it easy to commute.

A clean and conveniently located hotel, - not quite "boutique" style, but well equipped nevertheless. Minor quibble that breakfast was not included, however there is an attractive lobby restaurant that offered a cooked breakfast / toast & coffee etc for a reasonable THB 150. There is ongoing daytime construction to the sea side of the hotel, but this was not... More

I was very happy with the hotel! So happy that I booked again in October for anther 3 weeks! Even though they don't do breakfast, they have very cheap and nice room service menu. The location is second to none! Easy to get around by the baht bus from beach road or second road. They also have moto taxi standing... More

This is a great little hotel that close to everything you may want here. Friendly staff, clean and modern rooms. Quiet in the night, but close to all the usual night life. I get a great sleep in their beds, comfortable pillows where as I find many hotels here have big uncomfortable ones. Lovely, but slightly small pool on the... More
