Right in the heart of Pattaya, Copa is very convenient to restaurants, clubs, bar, massage salons, convenience stores, currency exchange centers, temple amd market. It is also just a 3 minute walk to Beach Road and 5 minute walk to the famous Walking Street. Rooms are spacious and clean. Front desk is helpful is giving tips on interesting places to... More

I have nothing good to say... staff at the reception...not at all friendly...it appeared that they weren't bothered and they doing us a favour by working there. basically, you get what you have paid for...

Despite good comment received for this hotel so I decided to give it a try. Firstly, I would like to apologized if my comment sound so negative. It would be nice if upon check in to the hotel room - greeting such as "good evening and welcome to Copa Hotel" with a very nice smiling face would ease away our... More

I chose the hotel because of the location based on my internet research. Unfortunately this side of the city doesn't have many great options. I recommend you choose a hotel close to Jomtien beach. There are better and modern hotels available. City is very small so even if you wish you explore this side of the city after a refreshing... More

This hotel is in a great position, right in the centre of Pattayaland Soi 3. I had a Delux room which was very spacious and comfortable, and looked directly down onto all the action in Soi 3. The rooms were really well equipped for such a cheap price, with tea/coffee facilities, fridge, TV and air conditioning. Wifi was also available.... More

I stayed in a standard deluxe room for 3 nights. I had wanted an executive room but nothing was available. The room itself was fine--not too small and had the necessary amenitites. The bed was firm, which I like. The staff were also fairly helpful and tried to help resolve the wi-fi issues I had. However, I had requested a... More

This hotel is in the heart of the lively Pattaya Gay district known as Boyztown. I have stayed in Boyztown before, but The Copa was a very pleasant surprise. I booked the standard room directly with the hotel and my Utopia Card got me a 10% discount. The 2nd floor room was large, had a window onto the main street;... More

I checked into this property on 8 December for 4 nights, but only stayed for three. I stayed in a so-called "executive" room on the first floor. The air-conditioning wasn't working in the first room they gave me. After giving it half an hour to kick in, I eventually asked for another room to be moved next door to 113.... More

I have now stayed here 4 times, I think the location is excellent, the staff (especially Graham & Glen) are hospitable, helpful and welcoming. We stayed in the 2 bedroom penthouse, and it is huge! Two very good sized bedrooms one with a dressing area and lots of storage, the other with more storage and a little office area/desk. Large... More

The hotel is moderately nice. It looks kind of small but the rooms are just perfect for friends and couples. Though, the receptionists are less friendly than expected. They have clubs nearby and the beach is just few walks away. So if you are looking for nice place to stay, should consider this one.
