Very good hotel. Large size, many rooms. New facility. Excellent amenities eg. 3 good size swimming pools, good lobby restaurants, bar, gym etc. Busy hotel. Location is little interior from the beach. But area is lively. Good for leisure stay. Reasonable charges. Very good choice if one is not particular about closeness to Beach. Around 15 min walk from beach.

When travelling alone, I don't need more than I get here so I was quite satisfied. The room was clean and the furnishings fairly new and in the minimalist style. I slept well. Maintenance is needed in a few ways and it's a little quirky that the management hasn't noticed, but then again, norms differ from country to country and... More

If you love the noise of buses in the morning this is the hotel for you. But worse than that is they started using a security guard blowing a loud whistle to move buses around in the morning and all day long. This is the most unprofessional way to manage noise at a hotel I have ever seen (heard!!!). I... More

This`s the new hotel looks modern on the outside and very clean inside! I stayed here with his sons 16 and 10 years old in Jan 2013. We are looking for a hotel in the central part of Pattaya - it`s the place for us! Bad news - the room is very small area - I booked a room with... More

Stayed here for nine nights, bed and breakfast (never made it down for breakfast). At £30 a night what do you expect, the room was clean, the bed was big and comfortable, in amongst lots of bars and eating places. Witherspoons (yes Witherspoons) just round the corner can be recommended, especially on a Saturday night when thay have all the... More

I woke up at this hotel one morning after a boozing session that spanned 3 countries and 36 hours beside what I can only describe as a fortunate turnout of events. The rooms were nice and dark with the curtains drawn which was a savior considering my condition throughout the day. Upon me awakening with a Leo hangover from hell... More

The hotel calls itself boutique but its far from that with three large seperate buildings with three pools squashed between each building and the next door properties. The breakfast was simply awefull, poor choice and cold. Rooms are adequate and modern. The bar as closed down and 90% of residents are from Russia. Security is very poor and non guest... More

Looks nice but rooms terrible. Bathroom tiny. Once you shower, the whole place wet. Shower curtain wrong place. No chair in room. For the price you pay, it is poor value for money.Breakfast ordinary. Location not really in the right place as far from most places you would like to be on a holiday. Everything you need costs extras. Place... More

This hotel looks good from outside. But when you get in the room, the room was small, unfinished paint. Everything in the room was cheap. The pool location is in awkward location, right by the lobby and right by the restaurant, so when people eating they can stare at you while they were eating. The bathroom is glass so if... More

The location: It's a little bit remote on Soi Lankee, no bars and clubs in direct neighbourhood so it was good for a sleep in the night. Although there is some construction going on nearby with noise but only in the daytime. It's a very new hotel fully loaded with group tourists ( at least at the time we stayed... More
