Not a bad hotel, the rooms are quite comfy, lovely soft bed, nice large tv and a decent ish shower, I stayed here for five weeks as it was the cheapest deal for a nice room. So, in short, it's a nice room for the money, if you're there on a longer stay, I think the daily rate is more... More

Stayed in the Grand Suite on the top floor with a sea view, one bedroomed suite. Very nice and cleaners did a good job. Nice bedding, fluffy white towels. Only downside for us was the fact there is a really nice kitchen but no cooking facilities, except for a microwave. We had to buy a toaster. There is a lot... More

Had a great time here, rooms were big and very clean, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the only let down is the swimming pool outside just a little small. Staying again for a few days in November 2014 Restraint downstairs and room service brilliant and very good prices for drink too

I have stayed here on more than 2 occasion, however this time I can make clear review on this hotel, no wonder the rooms are very big and provides an element of luxury, however the management is very weak, it's quiet confusing also. Poor internet connectivity, I don't see any manager there, the staff who work in different shifts are... More

A lot of noise (a lot of building sites around + a lot of dogs too). Not really friendly staf. Prices that rise very quickly (and strange electricity bills). Rooms that begin to become old and not a lot of work on it. Far from center. No parking space enough. I could be a good place for 15 000 baht... More

This hotel is ok as far as their rooms are concerned, unless you have the misfortune of being situated near "Idol club" who play loud music till 4am, and then when their patrons leave they make further noise. The owner of the hotel has done nothing to come to some arrangement regarding patrons leaving the area quietly because she doesn't... More

I booked into the ktk regency and discussed their monthly rate which they quoted 27,000 baht for one month. They demanded payment upfront and 5000 deposit. The room that they moved me into was a good size although the internet did not work, in the morning I was awoken by heavy construction noise at 7 a.m, this was so loud... More
