This was my 4th visit to this hotel. Am sad to say it has greatly deteriorated over the past few weeks. Building work was still incomplete which was started when I was there 16 months ago. The rooms are clean but quite tired looking now. The towels very old and shabby plus pool side beds are broken and very few.... More

The rooms are cleaned daily, are nice and big, and very comfortable, although the A/C can be a bit noisy. The hotel provides clean towels and two bottles of bottled water daily. The breakfast is good, but is the same everyday. The staff, especially the staff taxi driver from Myanmar, are extremely helpful, but with limited English. Across the street... More

This is an old cheap hotel with a a big and sunny pool. Rooms are confortable, very big and very clean but not in the best conditions. Staff is helpfull, rooms are cleaned and towel changed every day; they have a taxi service with a very helpfull driver and cheap prices for Pattaya standard, there is a computer with free... More

Me, my boyfriend and our daughter came here a few weeks ago and it was very satisfactory. The staff are amazing and kind but the English can be a problem occasionally. They fussed over my daughter so much though she was spoilt and played with all day! The room was large and had a cute small balcony where me and... More

Very nice hotel! I'll be back!!! Far from center. But 7eleven,ATM,restaurants is near. Especially swimming pool! So deep!!!! You can jump from the real diving-board!!! I had a free breakfast. Very taste!!!! Reception english spoken. There is a computer with free internet at the reception. Also, almost everywhere free Wi-Fi. Hotel has a underground free parking. I was using it to... More

Location is far from main walking street. A c is not strong. Lift is too small. No food provision in hotel. Swimming pool was not usable at all. Breakfast was repetative and not good. Stayed between 19 and 22 Feb. Overall disappointing. My first and last stay here.

Whilst the hotel is not new and a little tired looking I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was the usual disapointment for the western style breakfast, little plastic sausages and sliced ham soaking in warm water. However the selection of Thai food made up for this along with nice fresh fruit. The rooms were large... More

Despite the negative comments i've seen i would say this is a hotel that provides value for money... after-all being a budget hotel, its unfair to be expecting 5 star service or facilities... The check in was effortless and quick. The rooms were clean with a nice smell of air freshner...i had booked two rooms and one room was quite... More

Maybe the bed sheets were white one day, 50 years ago, now they're grey , same with the towels, The whole hotel needs a paint job, all the walls are really dirty including the rooms, the toilet is also dirty, the breakfast is very poor only some rice and sausages. The sun chairs are very old and full of stains,... More
