We had booked and paid for a week and planned to stay longer but had to move to sabai lodge. We booked villa A room at back of hotel first impressions it was really nice lovely big room beside pool. Then the music started from somewhere next door starts at 5pm and goes all night until 6.30am couldn't stick it.... More

Location...Great...Leisure...Check...Impressive lookwise...Yes...Clean and soothing pool...absolutely! Superier rooms are livable, though the AC started spilling water. After 10-15 mins an engineer came and fixed it. Cheaper rooms are very clostrophobic, almost devoid of any window. The hallways are creepy. Staffs are horrible. It was a "task" communicating with them as they will only speak Thai. They are completely non-cooperative. Breakfast was... More

Our a family of 5 (three teenagers) booked 2 rooms online (with an extra bed) for a ten day vacation over Christmas. Our flight was delayed and by the time we arrived the only rooms available were in two different buildings at the resort. the rooms were dark, with little windows and long creepy hallways. To some people, this may... More

On the whole the whole resort from my room to the dining area and poolside was just unacceptable. The cleaners did the bare minimum in the room and as for the dining room, on a number of occasions i seen cockroaches which is a huge put off. The staff were more interested in playing on their phones when you're trying... More

I have stayed at Sabai Resort a few times and have always been pleased with the accommodations. The "Villa Zone" is a nice semi secluded area with its own pool. The down about this area and the East, South/East section of the resort is the local bars outside the walls. They are up until late with loud music and karaoke.... More

If you wake 5 pm, walk to the pool and go out then this hotel is perfect. But I agree with other reviews that the TVs are really over and the room could use some updating. I still come to pattaya many days for year for short visets, but because tv so old.... I find myself avoiding it, staff is... More

Huge resort in very good location. Everything you need in walking distance. The layout of the resort reminds me about the 80's - so do the rooms. Very old TV, aircon temperature can not be set. Large, old fashioned room keys. Floor seems never to be cleaned, spots on the tiles don't change. Staff seems not to be very interested... More
