My wife and I discovered this jem at the end of walking Street about 5 years ago now. This place is the only reason we come to visit Pattaya. We just use the bar and view to relax and enjoy. It has fantastic water views with tables right next to the beach. Great to visit before Sun down and stay... More

Despite being right on Walking Street this hotel was surprisingly quite and relaxing. For the modest price the rooms are very comfortable and the garden view is quite nice. If you party all night and are awake for sunrise its beautiful looking out at the hills beyond the garden, The refreshing pool across the street is on the bay and... More

They have no proper booking system so it's pot luck if you get the room you asked for. The manager/owner struts around barking orders but as soon as there's a problem she runs off with her tail between her legs leaving other people to deal with it, but she is French. Good location but the management is terrible and the... More

The level of service here is simply abysmal. Despite having stopped in weeks before to leave a deposit and reserve a specific room, they gave my room away and put me on a fourth floor walk up. The manager declared she could not be held responsible for anything her staff did. Very unsatisfactory!

I've read some of these negative reviews. Most seemed to be written two years ago. Perhaps it had a different management then. I'm staying at this hotel now and:. - It's reasonably priced - mind you this is low season and also Thailand resorts had softer from the civil unrest and now a curfew, so perhaps why it is lower... Stay one night here, this place was good with the location if you want to go to Koh Larn not far from Bali Hai Pier and if you want to see a lot of bar not far from walking street. Room clean, the room with sea view are recommended but a bit expensive for me. Staff are friendly.

I am an American of Latino decent. When I tried to check in to Windy Inn, even though I had already made a reservation over the phone, the receptionist was very rude to me and claimed that there were no rooms available. I told her I already had a reservation. She said there was no record of my reservation. Then... More

Stayed here now on 7 occasions, although on walking street it is at the top end (pier) so not as noisy as you would expect, the larger front rooms with sea view are highly recommended. Great staff, from the 2 receptionist, security guys, bar staff and cleaners. Great pool, great atmosphere, 1000 baht a night, ignore the bad reviews, you... More
