What a great experience! We used thier shuttle service from BKK to PBR and it was very nice. The ladies at the front desk were always helpful. This is a fantastic hotel the staff are excellent the breakfast is great the location is lovely and quiet yet accesible for food shopping and nightlife. Hotel Feature Tip: Hotel is going to be going through renovations in 2013 so may be noisy
