Fantastic choice if you're looking for a 4-star hotel with great pool scene and an amazing beach. However, if you're looking for a Thai experience look elsewhere as everything about the hotel is Western. This is not at all a negative, just an observation.
Reservation and check-in: Note that they have many packages/promotions on their web site and I managed to book a 7 night stay in a pool suite including other freebies like airport transfer, free dinners, etc for just a bit higher then their regular room internate rate (due to the length of stay). I didn't really want the pool suite but since we went with our 2 children (5yo, 3yo) it was the only option if we all wanted to be in the same room. Caution: When we checked in the manager approached us and asked whether we would be willing to change to a different hotel for the last 2 nights as they were overbooked.
