My first visit to Koh Samui and a good one. The rooms at the Spa Resort are very basic and nothing to write home about but I don't think that is the draw here . Most people were fasting but I thoroughly enjoyed the food-all natural, delicious and inexpensive. The small beach is very nice but the resort does not... More

I first came here 10 years ago and the place and island has changed dramatically since then. I have been here 4 times specifically to do the 7 day fast.Unless you are fasting I wouldn't recommend you stay here now as the glory days have now gone. The rooms are quite adequate and cleaned regularly. But no tv which you... More

I didnt stay in the hotel so cant judge but I ate there couple times a week. The food is amazing and affordable. You can eat healthy and delicious dishes my favorite was raw chocolate and brown rice salad. I also did meditation there in the mornings and met some amazing people. I had many dinners and lunches with my... More

After an 8-day fast on another part of the island, I moved to the Spa Samui beach resort for a juice fast. Very little info is given to newcomers like myself, but you eventually learn the ropes from different people, either employees or clients. The room at 1000 baht per night is pretty basic and somewhat depressing, with grungy walls... More

So previously I have been to the chang mai spa which was fabulous, I knew samui was the original n niw the poorer cousin and that is correct. I also turned up coming from 5 star luxury so also tainted inial impressions... so how did I find spa samui - I stayed at the village which I had assumed was... More

I always enjoy staying here for the raw food, yoga, herbal Steam room. Also a great restaurant down the road called imchai. Rooms don't have tv but the beds are comfortable. Resort is on the beach also.

I've been going to the Spa for detoxing for the past 9 years. I just returned from my 8th cleanse. It used to be great: good program, value for money, amazing restaurant and great massages. Well, it's not like that anymore. Apparently, the owners are looking to sell. That's what the employees are saying. This is the reason they give... More

Background: My wife and I stayed 5 nights in the mountainside retreat. She did a full 5 day detox with colema, and I made sure I ate for both of us and didn't do any treatments or yoga at all. We're both early 30s. Where to start. Our bungalow (Deluxe Bungalow) was absolutely amazing. We had a little balcony (room... More

My friend and I stayed here at the end of a three week trip around Southeast Asia. We did the five day juice detox. The hotel is cute, right on the beach and within walking distance of the little village area. We walked up and down the beach and through the town. At the hotel our package included use of... More

When showing up today to check in, first the said my booking was with their mountain hotel.. let me sit down to wait for a while and then told me the beach where I booked was full (so from the beginning they knew I booked...
