This majestic resort is owned/operated by Paul from Ireland and David from London, and two finer hosts you will not find. From airport pick-up service, to taxi service anywhere on the Island or just sharing a relaxing story around the fantastic pool bar. All the rooms are large, clean, very modern, air con, and all over look the refreshing pool... More

This hotel is better than great. It is run by an Irishman and an Englishman who personally ensure you have a great time on the island giving the benefit of their 20 years combined experience of Koh Samui. Nothing is too much trouble and they bend over backwards for guests, in a very subtle and no-fuss manner. There are so... More

I stayed there for 5 nights (March 23-28) near the end of my trip in Koh Samui, previously I stayed in Chaweng (Ark Bar) and I found it to be too noisy and overdeveloped, so this place is a little gem, near enough to Lamai (less than 5 mins drive) but still very quiet and perfect for getting a good... This hotel was recommended to us after a bad experience in a hotel run by a French Basil Fawlty in the town and it was good advice.I spoke with Paul the day before we arrived and whilst checking vacancies,I mentioned that I had seen a motorbike I liked on the Internet and wanted to rent one.The next day we checked... We were booked for 4 nights but stayed for 2 and in that time had to change rooms. Our room was covered in ants and we didn't sleep at all the first night because of this. We arrived in the evening and just dumped our bags and went to have dinner, so we didn't realise how bad it was until... More

The resort is a 2 mile drive from the centre of lamai. With the owners Dave and Paul offering rides to and from the town and plenty of Taxi's available. The resort is run by Nou and El who are both very helpful and generally fantastic. The rooms are very well furnished and very clean.

If you want to step out of the entrance to your hotel and straight into a bustling street of bars and restaurants, or onto the beach, this may not be for you, as it's a good 20 minutes walk from the centre. However, lifts in and out are available (free) on request, or you can hire a scooter through the... More

Great hotel with a lovely pool and amazing staff. Thanks to Dave and Paul the owners who bend over backwards to help. Also Noo and Elle who are amazing and the cleaning girls who keep the place immaculate. You will need a scooter or transport but it is worth it for the peace and quiet, but if you need a... More

We stayed for about a week in August/September 2012 - the staff is lovely and rooms simple but comfortable. There is a lovely pool area and you can look up into palm trees in the surrounding area. Recommend hiring a car (we paid 20 bucks a day through the hotel) and driving around the island (be careful on the roads,... More
