From the moment we got there the staff were fantastic - they had specially prepared our room for our honeymoon and were pleasant and attentive at all times. The rooms were frsh and clean and very spacious. Hotel facilities were also very good. would definitely stay again next time we're in Samui! more

My wife and I travel extensively in Asia and we just finished three nights at the Kala after a long trip in Laos and Cambodia...although architecturally beautiful, this hotel simply fails due in part to poor training of the staff and no oversight..... here are just a few examples 1.
