I went to there for 1 night before I came back to BKK. Hotel is very far from airport but not clearly intimate in thier web site. Spa and swimming pool are not inside the hotel but share facilities with beside area may cause of inconvenience to use. Nice room but too expensive for low cost hotel, it's not like... More

It's located a bit far from town which is suitable for who have a car. Good view on bar top floor at night, staff need to be improved for product knowledge and service. I found a crush bag in wardrobe after checked in and I called to inform front desk to take it to lost n found but nobody comes... More

Overall is very good...I like hotel accommodation style. I stayed on the mountain views side, it was very wonderful view in the morning and evening as the sunrise time. Also I am sure that I write on the special request as I don't want to stay in the connecting room. But I stayed there, it was very noise from the... More

Stayed here for one night. Taxi struggled to find it so make sure you have a good map or the telephone number of the hotel for the taxi to call. Room was very nice and clean, really nice pool. Dinner was good but breakfast was a massive rip of, was almost twice as much as the dinner the night before... More

Such a pretty place. Quiet, except for some inconsiderate guests running up and down the walkways early in the morning. The pool was freezing but lovely, the fountains were not always working...not sure why. Room was traditional and comfortable. The shower was great with plenty of hot water all fay. Staff at the front desk were as helpful as they... More

For around $40USD, we got a spacious junior suite with a king bed, separate living room with a large couch, and 2 TVs...so the value is great. However, there was really only 1 staff member during our stay who had a conversational knowledge of English. It was very frustrating on both ends. For example, no one knew what we were... More

Beautiful hotel and great included breakfast but very far away from town. about 20mins by tuk tuk. Only one staff member during the day was helpful the rest were hopeless. Mosquitos and You do not get included water you have to pay 60B per bottle! Will definitly will not go again!

Very disappointed with this hotel, was not at all what was discribed on wotif.com. My husband and I were on our honeymoon and were traveling thru Thailand staying at different resorts and this by far was the worst! When we booked they said it would include pickup from airport which it didn't and were left at the airport for ages... More

This is a very nice family hotel. It's clean, quite, and comfortable. The pool is great! It's salt water, but we I was there it had rain the night before and it turn the pool not so clear. The staff are friendly. There's a sky/rooftop bar as well. Up there you'll have a great view of Wat Doi Suthep (A... More
