We have stayed in this hotel for several days. The breakfast is not very good, the hot food is more often cold and the staff insist on topping up new food on old, not good hygiene in fact I would say this hotel provides the worst breakfast we have ever experienced in Thailand this is our fourth visit On a... This hotel is truly Thai, with plenty of decorations and thai ornaments inside. The bed is huge and the matress is very high so if you roll off it during the night it will hurt. The service is good. We didn't do breakfast. The amenities are fine. Bathroom has windows overlooking bedroom. It's all a very romantic setting but can... More

This place was recommended by a friend and what a recommendation. We had just arrived from London and it was my boyfriend's birthday and it was great to work off the jetlag by the pool. Amazing breakfast by the inner garden and restau food excellent. But it's the staff who make this place. All lovely people, helpful and welcoming. All... More

I booked this hotel due to its location: inside old city walls, at walking distance to a lot of temples and to some markets. I’ve booked two rooms as I was traveling with my kids. When I made the booking, I’ve requested connected rooms but when we arrived at the hotel they told us they didn’t had connecting rooms and... More

We stayed 5 nights. As we left the booking to the last minute, we stayed in a few different rooms. All of the staff are incredibly friendly & welcoming. Our first night was in the executive suite. We were impressed. The 2nd night we stayed in the standard suite. We were impressed. The difference was that this was on 2nd... More

Charming colonial style hotel in old town surrounded by good restaurants catering for all tastes. 20 mins walk to night market. Rooms spacious and well equipped. Lovely pool and shady garden to relax. Breakfast buffet excellent and box prided if leaving early.

Run down, wood floors coming up. Needs a remodel. New wing being added, so all the money going there, not quiet, overpriced breakfast, right next door great breakfast for 100 b, this hotel average buffet for 380. Mildew on the roof and wall of this hotel. 2 water issues in our room, one no water, two no hot water, resolved... More

This little tucked away hotel was hard to get to as our taxi driver had no idea where it was. Other than that, we enjoyed the convenience of having the resort right in old town. The rooms were nicer than we expected and the overall service good. The only complaint I could think of was when we checked in- they... More

Pros: Great location, quiet, rooftop pool, good service, decent price. Cons: Slightly shabby condition, construction site directly next door, no views, slow internet, unheated pool, bathroom was dingy

Overall not bad, but hotel needs some maintenance to bring communal areas up to scratch. Wifi is hopeless. However was conned in to Christmas Eve gala, which we should never have done, but the hotel led our friends to believe it was compulsory. It's was 100 dollars per couple and a complete rip off by Thai standards. One very average... More
