We stayed here 27/7/2014 to 5/8/2014 having booked online. We had the executive room, which was spacious and clean the only thing we didn't like was the bed which was rock hard (the hardest bed I have ever slept on) the floor was looking like a softer option. Daily breakfast was varied and interesting with good Asian options. Pool area... More

Second time staying at the Bodhi Serene and will return for sure. Very quiet setting and still close to everything, excellent service and ambience of the hotel makes you want to return. Located on small street with restaurants, massage, laundry service etc. right outside the hotel, great pool with sun all day long. Highly recommended!

We (family with small children as well as elderly people) stayed there for 5 nights in the rainy season and were thrilled with the service, the food and hotel in general. We would absolutely recommend anyone who wants to go to Chiang Mai and experience the city and who values hotels that differ from main stream but of high quality... More

Great bathtub, windows face a nice inner garden. The hotel is peaceful and quiet, yet very close to the main touristic area. The bed is big and comfortable (some people here wrote it's a little bit too hard, but i guess they don't even know - what a "hard bed" is. And i do. Bodhi' serene's bed is very good... More

What I like: 1. Big enough for 2 people round bathtub 2. Big enough fridge 3. Big flat TV 4. Balcony with garden view. 5. There is some design of the room, bathroom - it's nice, pleasant. 6. Close to the Moon Muang and same time very quiet. 7. Cozy, beautiful pool. 8. They put schedule of TV-channels and time... More

Loved Bodhi Serene. So well located and yet it could seem like a little oasis in the heart of the city. Staff were very efficient and the lady and gentleman on the tourist desk couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. The pool which is located on the roof was lovely after a hot day walking the streets. Room was... More

The room was really lovely and big, the bathroom was also big with a huge bath tub. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Pool area looked lovely and we ate lunch in the restaurant, food was really good. Good location too.

Overall Bodhi Serene is a good hotel, rooms are spacious, but beds are hard!!! Breakfast is good with fresh fruits and cooked omelettes. The hotel in areas is a little tired, but this seems typical in Thailand. We found that our shower needed some work done to make the room first class, it just was not totally clean, mainly because of its age.Wifi... More

We spent 3 nights at this hotel for my birthday. The staff are great and very friendly. The place felt like a resort which was a welcome change to the regular hotels I've visited. Very spacious rooms and comfy slippers. Only downside I would say is the wifi was a bit flakey at times. After returning to our room on... More

It feels more like a spa resort than a hotel. The staff are really friendly, the pool is lovely and the food excellent. Our room and facilities are nicely designed with a balcony overlooking the stunning central gardens. Didn't do much research so we landed very lucky.
