Location: very well placed in the heart of the old city. We were walking distance from the Sunday walking street and close to a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and good nightlife. Room: our triple room was slightly small for three people, however it was very clean and neat. Bedding like most other hotels in Chiang Mai was quite hard... More

We recently stayed only one night at this hotel due to the good reviews that it had received and I have to say I was extremely disappointed by this hotel. The hotel itself is very dark with limited lighting provided through out the hotel. The hotel did not have a lift was extremely difficult with large heavy bags. Although the... More

Easily accesible small hotel in the old town of Chiang mai. Rooms are nicely decoreted and clean. Simpel but beautiful. Good beds, though pillows are very hard. The only downside is that the windows are not soundproof so it is a bit noicy in the room. And there is no elevator.

First let me start off by saying I don't know this hotel has got 87% it is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff are so rude it's unreal. They barely glance at you to say hello when you pass reception and our check in process was very cold and unwelcoming. There is no lift and we... More

Just spent five nights in this hotel and loved it. Lots of tourist info and advice for tours and the staff were v helpful. Good location once you get your bearings and you can always get a tuk tuk til then. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel as the rooms are beautiful and clean. However, where we stayed there was no... More

The hotel is situated on the edge of the old city, making it easy to visit the temples of the old city. The night bazaar is a short tuk tuk ride away. The staff at reception were friendly - they called taxis for us for each of the days when we wanted to go on day trips outside of the... More

This was a last minute booking for my friends and I, as we were hit by food poisoning and were advised to move to a much more comfortable hotel with air conditioning, so Sira was our choice. We found it to be quite comfortable, although we were annoyed with waking up to strong incense smells at 7am every morning. Staff... More

The good thing about this hotel was the location, and the price. The breakfast was also good but it was not included in the price of the room. The water pressure and temperature controls were great. The negatives were mold on the bathroom tiles and in the silicone seals around the fixtures. Some repairs did not look professionally done. The... More

The room was nice and cleam, breakfast ok, location great(short walking distance to the interests, perfect for those who love walking and knowing the sights by foot). The only small problem were the guys from frontdesk, who didn't speak english that well, i sometimes they didn't understant us. But this is also part of the thai charning:)

Cosy and quirky hotel. Room was a decent size and clean. Bathroom in need of updating but not bad considering the amount we paid. Walking distance to many of the temples and close to some nice restaurants. Watch out when booking taxis at reception because they do tend to quote high prices.
