Just spent five nights in this hotel and loved it. Lots of tourist info and advice for tours and the staff were v helpful. Good location once you get your bearings and you can always get a tuk tuk til then. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel as the rooms are beautiful and clean. However, where we stayed there was no... More

The hotel is situated on the edge of the old city, making it easy to visit the temples of the old city. The night bazaar is a short tuk tuk ride away. The staff at reception were friendly - they called taxis for us for each of the days when we wanted to go on day trips outside of the... More

This was a last minute booking for my friends and I, as we were hit by food poisoning and were advised to move to a much more comfortable hotel with air conditioning, so Sira was our choice. We found it to be quite comfortable, although we were annoyed with waking up to strong incense smells at 7am every morning. Staff... More

The good thing about this hotel was the location, and the price. The breakfast was also good but it was not included in the price of the room. The water pressure and temperature controls were great. The negatives were mold on the bathroom tiles and in the silicone seals around the fixtures. Some repairs did not look professionally done. The... More

The room was nice and cleam, breakfast ok, location great(short walking distance to the interests, perfect for those who love walking and knowing the sights by foot). The only small problem were the guys from frontdesk, who didn't speak english that well, i sometimes they didn't understant us. But this is also part of the thai charning:)

Cosy and quirky hotel. Room was a decent size and clean. Bathroom in need of updating but not bad considering the amount we paid. Walking distance to many of the temples and close to some nice restaurants. Watch out when booking taxis at reception because they do tend to quote high prices.

We stayed here for only one night and we checked in late evening. The guy at the front desk would not even bother giving us a smile and seemed cold and unwelcoming. As soon as we got in the room (ground floor) a huge cockroach was there to welcome us. The guy didn't kill it but rather swept it off... More

We stayed here for one night during our visit to Chiang Mai. The room was pleasant with a nice bed, spacious room with a nice wood finish, lots of cupboards and airconditioning. The only negative I found were the bed sheets didn't seem fresh, as if there was some sand and hair in it, but easily brushed off. The bathroom... More

Upon checking in, the staff were quite cold and mechanical, and remained this way for the duration of our stay. Although this hotel had a selection of DVDs of which you can watch, they didn't have any computers available for guests. Though they did have wi-fi, we had to specifically seek out the password as they were not forthcoming. There... More

This authentic looking place was a pleasant stay. The room was gorgeous and just the right size. The location isn't the most ideal, though in saying that there are some lovely restaurants within walking distance and it is situated right on the edge of the moat, so finding your way back is easy once you reach any part of the...
