Spent to separate nights at this hotel, it is nice a cosy, the rooms are great and well kept, the hotel staff speaks English on a good level and are very friendly. The breakfast is very satisfying. Plus this hotel is 3 minutes walk from the river and about 10 minutes walk from the night market. Includes free wi-fi in... More

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay here. Our kids are 7 and 5, and the family room was lovely and big. The staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. They helped us with all our bookings, recommendations of restaurants, tuks tuks etc. Just a very friendly and relaxing place. Close to a super market, and the night... More

OVERALL: We stayed here for the first few days of our honeymoon - it was the most reasonable room rate we booked, as we had planned to be out and about most days. The location was a little out of the way (it was a few minutes outside the main road, enough for the airport taxi to increase our fare... More

The reviews are all accurate, this place is a gem. The staff are extremely helpful and the facilities are all clean and well maintained. The staff are really helpful and have a wealth of knowledge about local attractions, they will even help call and book trips if you need. We spent countless hours relaxing by the pool in between all... More

I chose to stay here due to the reviews that were on Trip Advisor. They have awards from Trip Advisor on display in their lobby and will continue to win more because they are simply wonderful in every aspect a small hotel can be! The rooms are quite comfortable and clean. The staff, all the staff are northern Thai friendly.... More

This place is a gem. The staff are lovely and cannot do enough for you. Breakfast and room top notch and a lovely pool to relax by. It feels very tranquil and calm. Location superb and bikes to hire for free. We were very impressed and would definitely come here again!

Room was comfortable, well appointed, very clean. Would have loved a bathtub, but otherwise very comfortable room. Service and staff are the real distinguishing feature here. They speak good English and are very helpful. We organized Gibbon experience through them and it was easy and problem free. Airport transportation easily arranged and reliable both directions. Only downside was breakfast. While... More

Staff are wonderful at reception. Not as good in the dining room but if you ask they will assist. Rooms are a little dated but clean. The only things really lacking are a Jacuzzi and Spa you have to walk or drive for a massage etc. Pool is a little warm during the heat of the day . All in... More

Cannot fault this hotel. Lovely quiet location which is close to everything. Free bike hire which we used alot. Great clean air conditioned rooms, lovely pool area, amazing breakfasts with a huge variety. The best bit is the hugely helpful staff who go above and beyond. Please if you stay here go to the front desk and ask them to... More

Had a family suite. The rooms were basic and unpretentious. Though, it has the amenities we needed. The big plus is the friendly and willing staff. They also speak good english. Breakfast - an average range, though the mango with glutinous rice was yummy. Shower was strong and bed was comfy. Had a problem with the toilet not flushing due... More
