This place is a gem. The staff are lovely and cannot do enough for you. Breakfast and room top notch and a lovely pool to relax by. It feels very tranquil and calm. Location superb and bikes to hire for free. We were very impressed and would definitely come here again!

Room was comfortable, well appointed, very clean. Would have loved a bathtub, but otherwise very comfortable room. Service and staff are the real distinguishing feature here. They speak good English and are very helpful. We organized Gibbon experience through them and it was easy and problem free. Airport transportation easily arranged and reliable both directions. Only downside was breakfast. While... More

Staff are wonderful at reception. Not as good in the dining room but if you ask they will assist. Rooms are a little dated but clean. The only things really lacking are a Jacuzzi and Spa you have to walk or drive for a massage etc. Pool is a little warm during the heat of the day . All in... More

Cannot fault this hotel. Lovely quiet location which is close to everything. Free bike hire which we used alot. Great clean air conditioned rooms, lovely pool area, amazing breakfasts with a huge variety. The best bit is the hugely helpful staff who go above and beyond. Please if you stay here go to the front desk and ask them to... More

Had a family suite. The rooms were basic and unpretentious. Though, it has the amenities we needed. The big plus is the friendly and willing staff. They also speak good english. Breakfast - an average range, though the mango with glutinous rice was yummy. Shower was strong and bed was comfy. Had a problem with the toilet not flushing due... More

I don't know who owns Rimping Village Hotel but I would want to find out who the Human Resource Manager is and learn from him or her. What a smashing customer service team they have here! There appears to be only one desk attending to guests checking in and checking out but it is also where you can be assured... More

Summary: Great place to unwind, faultless service, nearly perfect location. Service is outstanding, never in outlandish fashion but just thoughtful and just what you need. Spa bookings, airport transfers, all a breeze. Minimum fuss, excellent delivery. I just needed a place to unwind and the hotel ambience was just perfect. Quiet breakfast place under the huge tree, pool just big... More

This hotel is fabulous but the staff really make it the gem it is. We have never come across nicer people who really go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. We arrived and were given a lovely ground floor room with an outdoor terrace area which was quite private and overlooked the garden. It was... More

From the moment you arrive here you feel a little bit special. The kids loved the swimming pool and we hooked up with some fellow travellers who made it special for the kids and let us have an evening to ourselves too. Bliss. will come again.
