We arrives really late at night and were worried we'd miss heck in but they were there waiting for us with a big smile. All throughout were thoroughly smiley, helpful and kind. A beautiful little place about 5 minutes tuk tuk from the centre, the night market is well worth a visit as is the half day cycle tour of... More

Spent 8 nights here in July 2014 and can only say it was a great place. Quiet, affordable, clean, and the staff was great. Room includes a "western" style breakfast if you so choose. The room was quiet and very comfortable. I went with the deluxe double or some such room which was only a few Baht more. Nice with... More

The best place i found in Thailand after one month going around. Clean, very kind staff, medium wifi service, and very nice rooms and structure. If you are looking for something in Chiang Mai this is your place. Very near from the south gate of the old city. Thank you for everything Tadkham!! Hope to see you again.

I stayed here for a few nights. The location wasn't the greatest, but overall our stay was great. It was out of the hustle and bustle of the main area, but also a bit of a walk to get anywhere. The room was clean and the beds were nice. I had a bit of an issue with the heat in... More

We loved this place. It is located just a couple blocks south of the old city, an easy walk or an easier scooter ride. The location and all of the foliage make it very quiet and relaxing while still being close enough to the old city. Also, the south side has the great night time food market to try all... More

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. Overall it is quite good. Room: The bed I got is king bed and clean. The only thing I complained about the room is the water heater. The water heater doesn't really work well(sometime ok but sometime don't) and I need to shower with cold water one night especially the night time... More

Our impressions of this hotel were that it had a nice garden with a fountain and fish in it. The rooms were good with king bed, bathroom was a little small, but stylish. Staff wasn't very friendly and smiling. The location is good if you like to walk, because it's not close to the old town but the place is... More

This hotel is a great place to stay on a budget. The location is not the best, but is very nice. The rooms are clean and the staff was very helpful. I got very sick after the second day and they were so kind to me. Quiet rooms and nice outdoor area.

We stayed here for 6 nights and found it to be convenient and clean. Very near Saturday and Sunday night walking markets, close to Old Town, fairly close to the Ping River (it was festival so driving there was not an option anyway- about a 30 minute walk). Very close to Chiang Mai Gate, and local food market. The yellow... More
