We booked our room with hotels.com and we paid 750 baht a night for the old wing rooms. Huge rooms with a seperate living room and bed room. Very nice to be in. Wifi is fast. The pool is nice. The Sauna is good enough and the staff is very helpfull. The hotel is close to the night market and... More

We stayed in the main hotel area and we're very impressed with our room. It was nice, clean and large. Good bang for your buck. But upon arrival we learned that the pool was being rehabbed. Not by being told but by trying to go and seeing that there was no water in the pool. We were extremely disappointed as... More

Stayed in two different rooms. First one was in the left wing building, very large room with living room sofa, tv, fridge, ensuite bathroom. Second room was in the main building, smaller room, but still well enough space, little sitting area by the window with nice city views! Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed for maintenance. Wifi signal not always... More

We were taken to this hotel by locals who travel through Chiang Mai often and appreciate value. The rooms are clean and super large. As other reviews indicated I stayed in a Suite Room for less than $100. USD which are really small apartments in their size. The Wifi is free but I had no luck getting it to work... More

5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 4, 2015

Stayed for 7 nights in March and April in a superior room. I am giving this hotel 5 stars on a value basis, though there are much better hotels out there. The room included a huge separate living room with fridge, couch, microwave, air con, kettle and TV. In effect it is a one bedroom apartment though it wasnt marketed... More

The nice thing about this hotel is the size. It's a suite with separate living room and bedroom. The place is spacious. However, Wi-Fi is extremely poor. We arrived around noon and the Wi-Fi didn't work. We called the front desk and had sometime come to help us with it. The person was friendly, but it took him over an... More

First of all I should point out we booked a suite room in the main hotel. We paid extra for this but wow it was worth it as the room was amazing. It was huge, the sitting room area with huge flat screen tv was amazing, small kitchen but we didn't need or use it, big bathroom with lovely walk... More

I had stayed at this Hotel before and especially liked its location. Compared to other area Hotels in a similar price range, the Maninarakorn is new and bright. The rooms are modern with a cute sitting area, nothing is missing. The bathroom had a temperimental shower but was quite manageable. However I found the breakfast to be on the meager... More

4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 20, 2015 via mobile

We stayed 3 night in the superior residence room. The room was very nice, spacious and clean but bed really hard! Our room was located not in the main hotel building but in another one next to it. That building's corridors and stairways didn't seem very clean and could do with some paint and new furniture. Hotel staff was very... More

We found the room we were assigned to be unlike the pictures, later we found out there was the "hotel" and the "residence", however we didn't find this an issue. The room and bathroom were clean, there was no drama with any of the staff and we found the location relatively close to everything - it makes me wonder what... More
