Our room was in good shape. The beds are firm, but not hard and they have box springs. Shower pressure was a little low and the water was not too hot. The sign says no "tissue" in the toilet. I'm not sure if that includes toilet paper or not. The sink fixture was a little loose. The door stuck when... More

A nice hotel in great location. Rooms were clean and tidy, modern and spacious. Bathrooms were fine with good shower and toilet facilities. This hotel is large enough to cater to big groups, yet small enough to maintain is boutique feel and touch. Wifi was a little hit and miss, but not the end of the world. Breakfast is good... More

First impressions great value for the money, brilliant location 10 minutes walk to night markets and central Chiangmai. Staff friendly and helpful, rooms very clean and roomy. Great breakfast catering with a good choice for both European and Thai. Rooms a little tired but still okay for two to three years. We paid 1500 baht per night which for its... More

Yah, stayed here 8 times. My first stay was when the hotel first opened - a friend recommended the hotel. The hotel was great when I first started staying there, but it has been going down over time. The (included) breakfast buffet was great but ha been going down in quality and quantity. The past two stays - the water... More

Looked impressive on arrival and greeted by reception staff, who gave us a drinks voucher each for each day we stayed. The voucher was limited to iced coffee iced chocolate, coke or orange juice. The room was spacious and lovely with a fridge, tea and coffee facilities, bottled water and free wifi. Our room had a view of the pool,... More

The hotel lobby is okay. The rooms are very plain but large. The bed is also big but not very comfortable. The bathroom is clean and room itself is clean aside from the tiny ants that you can't get rid of no matter how hard you try. The AC works very well. The wifi DOES NOT. I don't think it... More

Not actually dirty but can't help but feel filthy while here. Reception doesn't speak english. Safes are downstairs behind reception not in the room if that makes any sense. I would never in my life stay here again, i would rather be in a hostel. Also ZERO wifi connection anywhere here. Location is good but that's about it

The rooms are very basic but in a great location. Lobby very fancy but breakfast not so great. Walking distance to 7 eleven, travel agents, cafe and nice Japanese restaurant. You could also walk to all the markets. Staff were nice and helpful. It was a decent hotel and a great location.

I believe that the rooms in the building that the front desk is at are nice, but more than likely you are across the street in a dumpy building and your room smells like sewage. Make sure to keep bathroom door closed at all times, especially after a shower because your entire room will smell like sewage. Wifi is a... More

Nice location, close to night bazaar and the ChiangMai old town, about 15mins walk at either direction to reach there. Not much facilities within the hotel, but room is quite spacious. Front desk service staffs didn't smile that much but still provide adequate service as required. There are quite a few travel agents nearby.
