Though 80km distance away from Chiangmai central, Marisa Resort is for anyone who wants a temporary disengagement from the urbanization. Sceneries and sounds from the natural forestation was what we desperately sought after when we planned to get away from our busy schedule, which was why Marisa Resort was our ideal choice. The restaurant food is affordable and because my... more

Due to our hard working day, I and my friend thought about the place not so far from Chiang Mai for break our busy, relax and give us more energetic . We heard about Marisa Resort in Chiang Dao via friend who had visited. We decided to spent our one weekend (1 night, 2 days) for that. The resort is... more

Thanks to Marisa Resort and the team to make my vocation with friends most memorable. Only one day and one night we were there, the facilities in the resort are adequate and enough to keep us wonder in the resort during our stay. Surrounding by nature, delicious food, cleanliness of room, and best services you has provided to us, I... more

My family and I simply love our stay at the resort. We were touched by the thoughfulness of the friendly staff. At the restaurant, one of the staff members actually brought out a vegetable used in a particular dish to show us when he could not give us its name in English. They also threw a little celebration for my... more

This could be a lovely resort. However, it is located off the main road and is suffering from a lack of business. We stayed just one night and we and two lady cyclists were the only people there. The rooms are run down and sound proofing is not good! There is a lot of standing water at the resort so... more

My boyfriend and myself booked this with the view of escaping Hong Kong and to be lost amongst vegetation and mountains as well as being able to do a spot of sunbathing and spa pampering and Marisa exceeded all our expectations! We stayed in Baan Klangnam which, although small, was the cutest little lodge with a lovely veranda over one... more

Glad I stayed here because this is not the usual big properties which is full of concrete. This place is full of nature. I took a walk in the morning before breakfast. Breakfast was cold for the first day but was alright after that. Order the fried rice for breakfast, it is delicious. Food at the restaurant is not bad... more

Escape the tourists and crowds to relax and indulge yourself at the Marisa. Chiang mai being the closest "big city" looked just like any other busling city we've seen in Thailand so we were thrilled when our airconditioned van equipted with to smiling guides drove us away from it all to chiang dao where marisa is located. The drive is... more

The main attraction of Marisa Resort to us is their excellent and "unquestionable" top-class customer-care. We are not only impressed with the fantastic landscape and villas in the resort but we're also amazed by the group of dedicated staff, manager and owner who care about us. The great thing about it is that my friends and I are only a... more

This is a lovely place. The setting is truly rural, so you won't find shops, bars or clubs to hand, and younger guests might feel isolated. The accommodation is very comfortable, with excellent beds and bathrooms, but not quite of the highest luxury. There is water everywhere, pools, streams and a river in the extensive grounds, as well as a... more
