I booked a room in T-room 2 months in advance, but it turned, that guesthouse was totally full upon our arrival. It was in the middle of the night and the owner placed us in the hostel close by. The room was so awful, that it didn't have even bedsheets (I don't even talk about that it was very dirty... More

We arrived and there was no one at reception. Had to keep walking down the road to their other guest house to get in touch with them. The man who owns it never speaks and is rude. They are not helpful at all. It is expensive for what you get. There are plenty of other places to stay and cheaper.... More

I am very saddened by what happened at this guest house, and am leaving my first review in hopes this does not happen to anyone else. Please do not stay here or contribute to this establishment in any way. I promise you this is not the place you want to spend your hard earned money, and not a place where... More

We checked into this awful place on the Thursday before Loy Krathong. We only booked a week ahead of time and a lady named Linda was helpful in booking us what seemed to be their last room for five days. Me and my friend got into our room and stashed $220 USD and about 8,000 baht in what has proved... More

Stayed there for 4 nights out of convenience, but I'm sure you can get a much better room for the price (350 baht fan twin). Staff are almost never present, had to get a toad out of my bathroom upon arrival (poor thing), bedlinen was itchy and duvet was a towel, only found the (actual) towel after asking on day... More

I stayed here for few days b4 Pai. Generally happy with room but do agree with few points on here. Service not the best. Met some-one on train here and their room at another B&B was better and cheaper. Mini Cost I think. Easy enough to get around from here, but advice for guests and lack of staff about an... More

I stayed at T Room Guest house between 8-11 April 2013. I wont labour on the points already mentioned, but concur with those recent comments. There is so much accomadation in the same vicinity for less baht, and better by far. In short, rude, dismissive staff, who are rarely in the office, and have to be contacted by phone. Dirty... More

I have first hand experience of this place. Filthy, insecure and highly rude and dismissive staff. The only thing in its favour is decent location. I've already spent too much of my time and money on this place. Just, don't make the same mistake I did.

Bed linen was dirty, unfortunately we have seen it too late, but it has definitely been used before. Shower in bathroom spread water everywhere, we couldn't leave anything in the bathroom when showering, no towels, no toilet paper, nothing. Afterwards bathroom was full of water, about 5-7cm, we couln't go inside again for at least 45 minutes. Drainage was dirty,... More
