The All in 1 Guesthouse started our love affair with Chiang Mai back in 2010. Gilles, Melissa,Sophie, Ta and all the staff are so pleasant and helpful! We also recommended it to friends last year who loved it! This time we stayed in December 2014, and were back again in January 2015. The problem is that Gilles will probably lose... More

The French owner Gilles and his Thai wife are great hosts. We followed their advice to go on a day trip including a visit of the Elephant mahout Training Center, walk to the waterfalls and bamboo rafting. Rafting and waterfall were fun, but the best experience was the time with the elephants. They are kept in their natural environment and... More

Stayed at All in 1 twice. Gilles and all the staff are so welcoming, I felt right at home. Nice clean room, AC, hot water, free wifi in the room, very good breakfast... Very close (not even 5 minutes walk) to the sunday night market (loved it, bought so much stuff I had to send it home by mail. ;-)... More

This guesthouse was in a more quiet area making it the perfect location to return to for bedtime! Just plan to have a drink with the owner first and spend time relaxing in the beautiful entranceway. It was a very short walk around the corner to Ratchamanka and Rachadamnoen Road which were full of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Sadly it... More

I stayed in Gilles GH for 5 nights. I was traveling alone and was welcome as i would be part of a family. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Gilles is managing this place very well and does it bests to make customer happy (what in our days is very challenging...). He also recommend trips and activities around CM... More

I stayed at all in one guesthouse for 3 weeks The price was right the staff is helpful. They drew me maps, called ahead to businesses for me, took care of my laundry and suggested fun things to go see. Breakfast was really good. I experience food allergies and the kitchen staff was happy to help me. They have mopeds... More

We stayed at all in one for 4 nights . We had a great experience nothing to complain about . Loved the location close to lots of restaurants, coffee shops , travel information and the Sunday market street. The room was large, bright and was clean and safe. The hotel staff were very friendly and the outdoor seating area with... More

This is a fantastic budget option- clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, walking distance to a lot of attractions. My favorite part of my stay was the owner. He was so beyond helpful and eager to help us with planning our trip. He is clearly an incredibly knowledgable man about all the best spots in Thailand. After traveling for 3... More

When we arrived at the hotel, the owner greeted us really well but it was as sort of there was something hidden behind his face. There is no lift at the guesthouse so you have to lift your luggages all the stairs up to your room. The room gets cleaned everyday but for no sort of reason they don't give... More
